it is working now for the view I had before. The Site state is transferring data and after some minutes more caches show the info when hover over them. But I still dont see an improvement on this additional maps, OSM and OCM was good enough for me. I will see tomorrow what it does to my mobile connection.

same here on desktop and tablet. But it has now 18 Map Sources that I dont need, I guess Groundspeak call it a feature. Most Updates make things more worse, great job, go ahead.

unless you scroll down the page logs don't load more than what you see I cannot confirm this behave. When opening a cache page, I see the description and a working icon, saying downloading cache logs. I cannot see a single log before all logs are loaded. If it would be as you say I would not have asked here.

Hi AZcachemeister, thank you for your reply yes, this might be an explanation. But I am a premium member, I put my pocket queries into Cachebox weekly. When I cannot find a cache I want to check online, is it to much to ask not to have to download all the pictures of all logs? Does any developer read this forum? Why not get back to have 5 logs at the first side and then decide to read more? Its just simple.

Hello, I found it strange, that when I want to check the latest logs online with my mobile device, that I have to download all the profile pictures for the last latest logs. But it get worse, when I now want to check, it dont shows any log before all are downloaded. When using a mobile device, this cost real money. What is the improvement here? All I want is to see the latest log, if a cache is disabled, or it has a DNF? I dont want to see the cachers icon, I dont want all logs, why do they only show after all are loaded. Every improvement of this site makes it mor hard to use it. What is the benefit of showing the last finds animated? What is the benefit of showing the icon pictures in the logs? Can you not help trying to support going for geocaching. Just my opinion, the site gets mor colourful and using new technology, but going away for geocaching needs. Regards, Gerd

Hi, whenever I read that the site is going down for maintenance, I have a bad feeling. This time it got topped. Beside the site is not reachable for times, what is the update benefit? I see challenges, YEAH...what is this, i will check later. I see icons next to the logs...YEAH...when I look online from my mobile, it cost me extra for this pictures... But most impressive feature is that the improvements stop the site from working. It took me 3 times for a log and I need to type 2 times the message to a fellow cacher. May I ask to make improvements that is good for the community instead get dead of your own created traffic? Just my 2 cents

It's all caused by the increased solar activity. That might be an explanation, but still, why are my notifications get deleted? It is part of the service contract. I try to find out what is happening.

I set up my notifications again, just event type publish. They was gone yesterday. I set them up again, they are gone again. What is the problem here?

I had set up my Homezone for all events, except found and did not found. Retracting was also included. For the types Tradi, Multi and Mystery. Those are the ones who are gone. I just created them again for just publish. Is there any hint not to include retracted in the search? It was working for weeks and just got gone. If there is any hint what cause it, I would appreciate. Thank You

thank you for your reply. My Pocket Queries are fine, running over a year without problems. If you uncheck the send button you can try your PQ's My problem is the Instant notification. They are just gone. Are there so many results? Are there limitations? Is this documented?

Hi, it happened several times that some instant notifations are gone. Last happening yesterday, once I noticed I created again, today there are gone. I set up for Homezone + 30 km: for Tradi, Multis, Unknown: All events except found and did not found. Those are my important ones and they are get delete every now and then. Yesterday one was deleted while I set some up, today they are gone again. Last Publish mail was from 31.07.2011 21:28 I have some more notification, just publish of Earth, Events, Wherigo. They are still there. What is the problem why the notifications gets delete by itself? Thanks and Regards Gerd
