What you describe is happening on my desktop computer. My iPad shows everything normally (it least what I have looked at). My laptop won't even keep me logged in. Every time I click on a new screen or try to look at a cache it "unlogs" so I log in again-and again and again and again.

Finally think it is working now.

Well not that I know what a GPX file is anyway but I am guessing my 76csx doesn't have this either. Though I get a different message the end result is the same-not able to load caches to my gps. Just take us back to where we were when everything worked. Please.

Just tried it again. Still no luck. Same message comes up. Sooooo frustrating.

having same problem. tells me to install plug in. tried it on my own and got nowhere so called garmin and the tech took me through all the steps and still wouldn't work. he said they have had others call with the same problem and they believe it is a geocaching site problem that they have no control over. yikes! so i guess we just have to wait till someone at geocaching.com comes up for air and figures it out for us??

same problem. glad it's not just me. hope they figure out there is a problem and get it fixed because it is very frustrating to a non-tech minded person. and no. zooming in and out doesn't help and sometimes rebooting helps and sometimes it doesn't. mostly it doesn't.
