LOL - My husband thinks I am pretty cute. Is there a way to do this as easily to my PN-40. I have had a crash course in GPS technology during the past 72 hours and am on information overload. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I just bought a nuvi a few days ago and have been entering WP's manually. I did a search here on the forum for nuvi to see if there was another, easier way to do this and BINGO! I found this post. Thank you all for your responses. A lot of the ones you all have mentioned seem to be the majority favorites. I have a lot of research to do:) What exactly is paperless caching? From what I gather, you simply upload info previoulsy entered into your unit to your PC after your find or (DNF). Is this correct?, and if so what product(s) contain this feature? Sorry - I really need a GPS 101. Thanks again!!

Hi, I am a complete newbie here and am really excited about becoming a member of the geocaching community. My family and I found our 1st cache today. The kids had a ball and can't wait until our next adventure. I am currently using a Garmin GPS Plus III which did the trick today but the cable that was purchased with the unit (9yrs ago) is not compatible with my laptop and a new one is $60. I would rather spend the money on a newer unit. I am computer/technology savy and have a price range of about $300. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would be using the unit primarily for geocaching. Thank you!
