a capped pipe fastened to a utility pole about 4' of it above ground and ? underground..... I think. A key ring on the end of a string @ the base. You had to remove the cap, and pull the string which raised the inner pipe, elevating the cache out of the top of the outer pipe. Fake heavy gauge wires were glued to the cache lid for cammo in case some muggle just happened to look into the pipe. We knew it was there and still couldn't believe it when we did finally find it.
