  1. Some people enjoy seeing the trackable move (like me!)
  2. I have a question about Earth Cache distance requirements. Does anyone know if they have the same restrictions as regular caches?
  3. I found it! https://www.geocaching.com/account/documents/termsofuse
  4. Yes I agree that is a great reference! I did see in another thread someone posted this: Cache seekers assume all risks involved in seeking a cache. I was wondering where it is on the website???
  5. I am in Florida. Recently while trying to get permission from a land owner I was asked about the liability if permission is given. Currently I have caches on my "land" and would like to know if there is any specific "release of Liability" while geocaching to hold the landowner harmless. Thank you in advance.
  6. And his profile is still up: https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?guid=54bd2498-6295-49a7-9221-904dac529eaa&wid=b60ca45b-8857-4bb3-ad61-7e29e1a508eb&ds=2

  9. I do the exact same thing! Have supplies with me all the time!
  10. After seeing what I have seen of people I am not surprised...
  11. I was more thinking that people were just not at the physical cache.
  12. - how do you know if anyone has really been there?
  13. I have been finding many people report found but when I get to the cache there is no log entry. Has anyone else seen this?
  14. I have seen a rather experienced cacher log that they were at a cache. I was at this cache after. I did not see the log entry. I thought perhaps they forgot. this happened several times. I wont confront them but it seems a bit strange to me as to why they would go and then not log???
  15. Where have you all found ammo can size caches the most? I have 2 I need to hide and would like some ideas!!!
  16. Ya know if it happened 1 time it may be acceptable but it seems that there are many people saying this.
  17. I think it is that I "believe" if I spent $$ my caching results would improve - lol
  18. I dropped one in France and it is still going strong!
  19. Anyone know the appropriate link for: The World Release Register is found here. Some people will start your Trackable overseas for you. You can also join the register to start them for other geocachers. The Trackable is mailed to the other geocacher, to place in a local cache in their country/state/province, etc... I found in this post:
