I have been happy with my Mac (Firefox) and my PN-20 for several years. Took a break for winter, but when I tried to reload some caches today, it keeps giving me "device not found" errors. I've reinstalled delorme plug-in and relaunched, but same problem. Ideas??? Thanks.

Similar problem. I have been using Firefox on my mac with my Delorme 20 for a year now. No problems. Today, it now fails. I have also tried it on Safari and Chrome. Still no joy. Explorer is a defunct app for macs and won't even show the basic pages properly. Any other ideas out there? TIA

Both my caching buddy and I have delormes (me PN-20, him PN-40) and macs. The 40 is clearly a superior machine for convenience and memory, but you pay extra. YMMV. That said, once you download the patch from Delorme, downloading cache sites to your hand held is painless. My biggest complaint is that, because we are a smaller slice of the market, developers are slow to update software for OSX. If that is a big deal, and you are happily using a PC, you may want to do your computer work on your PC and not deal with the frustration of being the stepchild...
