Hmm maybe a little research peeps as two guesses are void out of the gate. Due to the fact they are under the actual amount that is on the "something" campaign page..

Cointest time again! This is very similar to the last cointest I ran, in that you can follow the link, see what is happening and make an educated guess, or you can just post here with some random number and who knows you may get lucky. The cointest is as follows A certain amount of something will be reserved in a set timeframe. Vague eh Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to take a guess at the amount at the end of the time frame. A little snooping maybe needed on the link below. Here you will find what you are guessing Rules are: One guess per nick every 12 hours noting if it is your am or pm guess. eg: 67 am Do not edit a post, if you mess it up and guess a number that has been used, just wait until the next time. Do not post any links related to the something. Rules are rules and if i have missed something I reserve the right to change my mind, this is not the sole domain of the finer sex. The winner will receive one 12-12-12 event coin (well after the event) of the Western Australian colours. The cut off for the cointest will be announced in this thread short time before the end of the somethings set timeframe. Thanks Torsten, but there are soooo many nice mint pictures that I am really, really waiting for the "live" pictures of those. Hmmm... What mint pictures? I do not recall seeing any posted here. CF30 I thought the same CF but then I twigged it meant the Mint artwork, Mint pictures would have been nice as in previous years. Something for the punters to get excited about.

That better not be the case...the 12/12/12 website clearly states under the coin specifications that it will have a custom icon. Hey Mark You should bring this to Michael's attention so we can get it fixed. Michael really should hit the "watch thread" button for this topic and be in here on a daily basis putting out spot fires and answering queries as they happen...

The SIZE is : 56 mm X 8 mm The same size was specified for Anubis and Horus... But Seth is smaller than those two. I would imagine it is due to the Ma'Tok staff extending out both sides of the coin this time, this was recently bought up in CW88s thread for his 12/12/12 coins, Post #36. Mine are not in hand yet so it is just a theory

I did. Thanks! :-) +1 But I do worry about the revised shipping times, it maybe pushing it for some OS events, I have waited 34 days for a shipment from the US to AU.. Now that is the longest but 3 weeks is the norm, so a delay of one or two days could mean they do not arrive in time for the event, what is oakcoins buyback policy on the coins if the worse case scenario and delivery after the event happens.

As far as I know they'll send them pretty much anywhere. They had a bunch going out all over yesterday and she mentioned Germany, Austria and Australia as destinations AlliedOz raises his hand.. Guilty for the Au purchase

So have we stalled? Anyone have updated information.. I was sent the final "Please see attached artwork and Information for Final Approval. Once approved, an Invoice will be mailed to you along with a Payment Request through Google Checkout. Please reply with approval or with Corrections and include the following Information. " e-mail 8 days ago, then two days later while I was deciding on final numbers I got the 12-12-12 update e-mail saying there was some thing possibly in the works on the price "I will know by Friday if they are able to mint these at a lower price" I know I'm a day ahead but it is Wednesday here already and only 2 days away from the adjusted payment deadline of the 12th and no word whats happening. Info update please. Appreciating this is a large task but information flow is the key, things happening will be out of your hands, but letting participants know whats happening is not. Cheers

My vote is $12.00 I would say $12.12 but that is too many pennies to deal with. Every year the price point comes up and there are many opinions on it, but ultimately the event organizer sets the price taking into account what the event goers can handle and overheads in minting and shipping, my shipping last year was $104 so the $11 dollars I set and felt reasonable as a price (along with may other event organizers) but that meant a smaller amount of profit from the coin sales to put back into the event... so it was a quiet affair, this year will be bigger so the coin price may increase to off set what I have planned. Just my 12+ dollars worth

Helllo!!! is this thing on? Still waiting on an update with the artwork showing levels, please make this available so we have a chance of making the project deadlines. If it has been uploaded to the 12 12 12 Google site I'm not seeing it. Thanks in advance
