  1. Your cache is currently properly enabled, so Ed would expect that your local reviewer will deal with it before too long. It is not archived, just not published. It will get published by the reviewer if it meets the guidelines. If it doesn't, then there will be a reviewer note on the cache page explaining why, and what needs to happen before it can be published. As a suggestion, it is helpful to put something in the description fields, if only a brief description of the area, maybe what led you to put a cache there, or even just your thoughts of the day. A reviewer, seeing a cache page with nothing on it but a title from a new cache hider, might ask you to confirm that you really wanted to leave the description blank. It looks a lot like it hasn't been finished.
  2. This is probably not a good example of irresponsible behavior leading to a ban. When questioned by local geocachers, the BLM did not give examples of problems, instead they talked about potential impact. This high desert area was starting the process of becoming a wilderness area, and they were creating new policies based on that. The local geocachers formally challenged the decision, and about nine months later it was partially reversed. The now official Oregon Badlands National Wilderness Area is the only National Wilderness in the State of Oregon that has a policy that explicitly allows geocaching (with restrictions). wilderness.net entry, bottom of page
  3. Ed hopes everyone has a wonderful holiday season!
  4. To expand on what palmetto said: You need to post a new reviewer note to the cache page. It looks like you edited the existing reviewer note on July 9 to say that you added your home coordinates. Editing a reviewer note won't trigger the watchlist, only posting a new reviewer note will do that.
  5. Ed echos what they said. The last is almost exactly the same as what the Knowledge Books say on the subject: http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?p...page&id=108 The Knowledge Books are a good place to look for answers. Since you said that your cache is disabled, after you set your home coordinates, don't forget to enable your cache again by posting an enable note telling your reviewer that you have done what they have requested.
  6. Ed wishes all to have happy holidays! May you find more than a micro under a tree!
  7. Ed already misses working with PNWadmin, who is an inspiration to all of us. May you find many glorious caches!
