Have been using Mapopolis on my palm for a year or so. Changing to a Windows handheld. Thinking about a different software. Any ideas?
One thing I don't like about mapopolis is it is county by county. Kind of a pain.
Any body out there really love theirs? Will be using a bluetooth GPS.
Thanks,

Been trying to use the wap interface but my Samsung D500 gives the following error whenever I try and log in or enter data in a form, such as a search.

I'm getting this error on the Verizon Razr V3C that I just got yesterday. The http://rtr.ca/geo site works, but as someone else reported, you can't see coordinates because a login is required.
Oh good... it's not just me. I also get the same error with the same phone.
Me too, same phone, same provider, same problem.
I am having the problem with my new Alltel Motorola E815. Add me to the list. I noticed some fixes for the Motorola's in the past, but have no idea what any of it means. Hope someone can figure it out.
Still no luck with my Razr V3C, even after a firmware update on it a few day ago.
Also tried the suggestion about clearing cache, cookies, and memory.
Add me to the list too...Alltell Motorola Razr V3

OK... I found a TB in a cache. When I go to log it I get the following message:
Travel Bug Details
This travel bug hasn't been activated. Activate it now.
Total Records: 0 - Page: 1 of 0 Prev. << <[]> >> Next
Total Records: 0 - Page: 1 of 0 Prev. << <[]> >> Next
The bug has a hitchhiker that consists of small blocks that spell out Georgia. The bug is actually the ''copy''.
Any Idea on what I should do with it?

I travel a lot and during layovers...such as the 5 1/2 hour one I am on now in Malaysia... I would love to be able to do some waypoints/caching. I think the "art" would have to be outside of security so that everyone could do them.
MANY MANY airports have some type of art/sculpture available... some are very cool. This type would require a picture to be posted.
OK...out on this limb...let see if it gets chopped off.
Thanks,

I could see this one being cool...but something would have to be done for more specifics.Add too it and I think I may be voting in your favor.

My dad is already doing physical caches there...called always 1, 2, 3, etc.
Look up fstopfitz

Sorry...the MD one had a slight twist.
I vote no...sorry.

To quote another post...
I vote no. This isn't a family friendly waymark.

When we go on vacation we always try to fit in a horseback ride as part of the fun. It is not always easy to find a good public stable in some areas, though. We feel that a comprehensive Waymarking list with prices, locations, hours, and satisfaction ratings would be an invaluable tool in our future vacation plans.
Another I agree with...
I vote yes.

OK...I screwed up already...could some nice moderator move this to the spot it belongs please?

HELP!!
I am visiting a friend in Singapore.
Trying to get him into caching.
Here is my problem...He has KingMap 3D V7 software for his pocket PC GPS. I try to put a "coordinate" in. The screen says it uses WGS84 (coordinate) but there are 3 boxes to put the cords into and the third box is set up with a decimal point... not 3 numbers without one...like the cords on the web page.
HELP. I am leaving in the morning and would like to get him set up to be able to geocache.
Thanks,
Kayakanimal
Figured it out....that he should use Beeline for caching!

Anybody here have any good or bad comments on TomTom for Pocket PC? I think that would be my other choice.
