  1. just buy one of those weed killers and spray around your cache if your worried about it that much. Or just buy a machete but than you have to clear it every week or so.

  7. Don't get me wrong I love micros. In fact I have my own out. But when people hide an easy micro in an area that could easily take an ammo can or bigger, that ticks me off.
  8. Try setting up an event cache in a popular area or in a restaraunt that does parties. Then make a billboard that explains geocaching and advertise your event in the classifieds or something like that. See who will get interested. You will be suprised.
  9. You could go and pull up a benchmark page and then click on the map provided. This will pull up a map with every cache and then you could find the highway and and look at every cache that shows up on the map.
  10. People have been doing that for ages. When I went camping in Cocke County Tennessee one year we found some weed and there was a shotgun in a tree pointed towards the entrance. There was a tricky to see wire that was rigged to the trigger.
  11. I don't think its fair to quit helping National Parks just because they don't support geocaching. Some of my favorite places in the world are on National Park property. I would hope that someone wouldn't stop doing their part to make these places more beautiful just because they don't support everything you do. And by saying that you won't help them you are basically doing what they are doing to us, just because there are some places that you can't geocache.
  12. Well no crap. But it is a known fact that a 15 year old can not go anywhere he wants whenever he wants.
