  14. Hello @Thompsons2010, We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the app; thank you for writing in. Can you please confirm the map type you're using? On the main map tab, the icon to change map settings can be found with the layer/stack icon (a rhombus in the upper right-hand corner of the screen). Please note that the Satellite map type will not show the names of cities/towns/other jurisdictions. I hope this helps! Please let us know otherwise. Thank you.
