Ok it just struck me as strange because mine is marked missing and it went missing in Tennesee 2 years ago.

But wouldn't you think that if it is chained to the cache, you would contact the cache owner? Mine would have shown and does show as missing.

So your 12-12-12 coin will be available after 12-12-12....slightly odd.

I received a strange to me email today. I am posting it here verbatim: We found Dog Days of Summer in the cache called, into the Sunset/traveler Vacation Station, chained to the ammo box. The number on the coin, OCXXX(changed to avoid cyber logging), does not match. Maybe we wrote down the wrong number because our hands were frozen. Could this be your coin? 1) Yes I am missing a Dog Days of Summer coin(but how would they know that?) 2)Those numbers are nowhere near the tracking number on my coin, as a matter of fact I do not believe the"Dog Days" coins had an OC prefix. The answer I sent them was: These numbers even written in error are nowhere near my coins number, thank you for asking. So does this seem strange to anyone else, almost like they were looking to discover a coin that they have not gotten yet? I did not look at their profile so I do not know for sure.

At some point tonight I will get my pictures posted, I am scrutinizing over them right now...Does any one elses pictures look like the little candy cane looking things on the clock side did not get filled? Never mind...they almost all look like that. Thank you for the pictures and the tracking number Michael. I look forward to having these in my hands.

So "We will ship on Monday" meant we will ship sometime after Monday if you are lucky you might get them in time for your event. I understand Michael is new but there are people at Oakcoins that have been around the block with this before. Why are they not helping him instead of leaving him flailing. This is why I do not take my designs to Oakcoins.(Other than the fact they never get back to me)

No tracking info here but in years past, I received the tracking info the day after I received the coins, so no surprise.

Coins were supposedly shipped today. I hope that means they get delivered early enough domestically that I have time to inspect mine before they go to the event. I recently got a batch of coins that about 30% were badly filled, mis colored or etc.

I really think we need some like buttons on some of these posts. It does say it will have a custom icon, so it may be a little late coming up but it will have one I am sure. Every other one has had one. My only fear at this point is whether or not they will make it on time for events, especially overseas. I recently sent something overseas and it took more than a month to get there.

I couldn't agree with you more, especially with international shipping which can get slow before Christmas. I would hate to let our attendants down on this. Michael...can you weigh in on this please? I am still seeing posts where people have not received their invoices yet. I am with the others in saying I would hate to let our attendants down, I have several people looking forward to this coin.

I used my artwork as the cache page background, but my reviewer had no problem with the coin listing as coins are part of geocaching. I think I would consider taking that up with one of the higher ups, I think the reviewer over stepped the meaning of a commercial cache.

I ordered a different one of these quite a while ago and it cam with a free pin...I love how they turned out!

You had sample pictures so it is obvious that the mints can do it the way you originally wanted. I think you just found out it was gonna be uber expensive.....

I am really confused, I got 2 invoices today and both have different numbers but the correct coin and info. With the late notice, I will not be able to pay until Saturday because my bank holds my husband's paycheck an extra day.

Like Mare, I am not comfortable with my colors out there for sale, I like them to be specific to my event. Wit hthe price change, is it possible to bring the minimum down to 50 without Geoswag having to get the other 25? I see many are ordering well above the minimum and I know that the mint has no problems doing runs of 50 or less having made my own coins.

I have to agree, with the increase I need to drop mine down to 50 and have Oakcoins purchase the rest. Better would be because of the screw up we could order 50 as a minimum with Oak Coins procuring none. Also, I recently did a coin with 3D, multiple platings and hard enamel fill in 15 colors, 2"x 1.75"X 3mm and non symmetrically shaped for just slightly more than this...why is this one so expensive?

Michael, any possibility we can make these payable via PayPal as well as Google? I am having problems with my Google account.
