I also have been having this problem for a couple of weeks. Very Frustrating. Tried several things to fix it but no success. Ran across this thread and tried kanarion's suggestion. 1) Open Garmin Express 2) Click the "gear" icon at the top of the Garmin Express window. 3) Click "About". 4) Make sure it shows "Version 6.6.0.0" (as of July 12, 2018), or the most recent if it changes. Bam! It's working now. Sweet. Thanks for the info.
