About the same moment that geocaching in general became commercial. While you may not collect coins, use TBs, or buy anything else caching related, there are hundreds if not thousands who choose to do this. I assume you got your non commercial GPSr free from some non profit group and use only natural handmade containers for cache containers. Having never been to a MEGA event (based on your stats page) I will just chalk your statement to nothing more than a naive flip comment. Actually it appeared to me as a shot at someone who you don't agree with, but that is my take on it. Once you attend one and see the number of vendors out there with various products, most which have a very large group of customers, you will maybe start to understand and then can make an educated comment about it. I guess you could always go for the larger fish and complain to Groundspeak about turning the game itself commercial by charging tracking fees, promoting competition by not allowing us to hide our stats and such, and charging for premium memberships. I doubt you will get any of that changed, but please let us know. I would be all for free tracking numbers, just to keep things non commercial of course.

I doubt anyone will flame you over this coin. I am surprised you were able to order this coin as late as March. The person behind them reported here on many occasions over a very long time span (a year or so maybe?) that they were almost all gone. Guess they STILL have coins left! Personally I think this coin has been a lost cause since it arrived here amidst a huge amount of attitude and lack of respect for the buyers/community. Good luck and I hope you either get your coin or money back. Just remember this when they come out with version 2 of this coin.

Just do what everyone else who has ordered coins has done and check the group page for the most recent update. Posting here isn't going to help since I am not running the group through the forums.

No personal vendetta here, and nope wasn't looking for anything free. I have said before it was a nice design. Had the coin been from someone honest and priced fairly, I would have bought one, just like I would have gotten your last one. It's more than just a price to me though. Your lack of honesty comes off as nothing more than you trying to use the forums for your own personal gain with no regard to the people who actually make these forums up. While many will blindly buy a coin from you because they can't get past the addiction, I won't buy from someone who I feel is doing nothing but trying to suck as much out of the people for no other reason than they can no matter how much I like the coin. A little honesty might go alot further though rather than pretending to be someone new when all the signs clearly point to the same old milo parley we have all gotten to know so well. When asked about it in this thread, you clearly lied about it again. If a buyer can't get and honest answer from a seller, then the buyer shouldn't do buisness with that person. That is what I have choosen to do. I wonder what name it will be next time? Only time will tell. You can pretend it is a vendetta or some other silly reason, but I have clearly stated my point as to why I won't be buying this coin. It is because I don't like your lack of honest sales techniques. If you actually got this at some point you would probably do better buisness since both of your coins were designed nicely. Maybe someone else from the "team" should market for you since that is where you are having major issues. I guess I will sit and watch from the sidelines till it is time to go replace my caches.

I got a small shipment at GW and handed most all of them out, at least to everyone's who I had and was contacted by. They are pretty cool. The rest got shipped home and I should have them tomorrow. That's for the first shipment. I will give an update as to who's I have received in the Yahoo group and will let everyone know what I know when I know it, over there of course.

I must have been using the force rather well as this one found it's way to me. I could see something with a slight glow near the tire section of the GW6 event site. As I walked past I noticed it reminded me very much of the glowing areas on Lego Star Wars. Knowing the blue fields were for the use of good force, I thought I would give it a try. I closed my eyes and held my hands in the familiar way to force the object to me. Well it worked. i got smacked ight in the forehead with a beautiful two tone Jedi coin. Thanksso much for this awesome gift. May the force always be with you my friend.

Throughout the weekend I had this strange sense of being followed, or at least stared at. I just brushed it off to the normal being stalked by tsun thing since we all know she has a thing for me. But every oncve in awhile I would hear a snicker that was familiar enough to know but I just couldn't put my finger on from where. Then as GW6 went on, I started to catch glimpses on black circles. AT the time it didn't add up as to what they were, but now make much more sense. It's funny looking back on all the signs how. When I got back to the hotel to set up fr the evening event, I sat my In N Out burgers down for a moment while I moved a box or two. When I turned back, I found the cutest little coin I have seen in some time. Big round ears. Check. Familiar white stripe on red. Check. Very much enlarged smile on my face. Check. I found a Mickey Diver Coin and am very happy. Thanks Mickey. You ever see me again, speak up and the cheese is on me.

We have always lived by the creed of "What happens in room 266, stays in room 266". Usually this is because, well I can't say. What I can tell you is that [Randy Jackson voice on]Goofy you are my dog! [/voice]. We awoke early in the morning to the sound of feet running down the hallway of the hotel. When we got out of bed and made it to the door, we saw something under our door that had not been there before. After our eyes adjusted and we got a little light on the subject, we both smiled realizing what we had. We got goofed by the goofy cacher. What a way to start the day. Thanks Goofy!

At some point during the event, this little guy must have creeped under the table I was at, and stuck his pot of gold in my pocket very stealthly. I never even saw him. All I know is when I went to get a few bucks for a drink, this mystery coin was in my pocket. Thank you Geo Lep. I appreciate it.
