  1. When I click on the found for a Waypoint it tells me that it has been sent to my calendar archive. How do I get to the calendar archive?
  2. Check the attributes on the Cache page, and it will tell you if it can be found in the winter. Shucks, I can't find some in the summer, much less them being covered in snow.

Hope to hear something from TPTB. Thanks everyone who replied to the original Topic with helpful input.

  8. It is well away from the Cache.
  9. While searching for a location for my first Hide I discovered a very touching Memorial for two little girls that had been lost in a flash flood. There were small rocks, toys, and sea shells that had been placed there. Would it be PC to direct people who find my Hide to this memorial, and if it is ok, should I post the coord's on the Cache listing, or in the Hide itself?

  12. In 1978 I found a stand of bamboo along side Interstate 10 in Florida. Went over and cut me a hiking stick. Still have it and it is still very servicable. You can find them on Ebay. A side note when going off road in Florida be sure to watch for Fire ants. I looked like a fool stading along side the Interstate with my pants down trying to get rid of them :>}

  15. Was in are local HyVee and they had different sizes at around 3 to 4 $. Should have been where, not were.
  16. Go to YouTube and search for Grocaching clips. Go to some of the online stores and look at the type cache containers that you may be looking for. Good Finding!
  17. When you are no longer embarrassed to explain what you are doing when Cacheing.
  18. Go to YouTube and search under GeoCaching. The associated galleries on the cache listing, sometimes have photos that may help. Keep Looking & Good Finding!
  19. Just checked, and from the number of Caches and Found Logs the area is quite active so it must be ok.
