I saw both of them at an event this past weekend.

As of this morning there are 5,751 caches in NC.

I received my package from Moun10Bike on Thursday, and not only did it have a beautiful V3 coin, but also a pin and 2 wooden nickels. YAY! Thanks again to Moun10Bike and Twin Peaks!

I say go for it! I'm alway looking for new caches close to home, especially with gas prices the way they are. Now with it being a puzzle cache, it might not be found as often as other caches in the area. Some people really enjoy puzzle caches in this area, unfortunately I suck at them! Maybe I will get lucky and it will be something I can figure out. But if not, I promise I will only bug you for a hint

Contact OzGuff for the Asheville area. He has numerous caches in the Western part of NC and has several bookmarks listed on some of his caches. I'm sure he can help you.

Now that I reread all of the posts I remember why I didn't post which coins I had won... It was suggested that I not post what I won so the people who donated certain coins wouldn't get innundated w/ requests down the road. Interesting... let's keep the list secret so no one knows where the coins end up... it might have worked had the moun10bike coin not ended up on ebay. I am still planning on posting my list when I get home later.

Just curious... I just rechecked all of the posts in this thread and only noticed 2 extra contests during the AI season, one was for a Ontario coin and the other was a Team PEZ coin... am I missing something somewhere??? EDIT: spelling
