  1. Is there a limit to how many caches a person can own? How can a cacher own hundreds of caches & maintain them properly? I own 23+ and at any time one or more of them can be down for maintenance. I understand that many caches don't require much but hundreds of them would require work, unless you ignore them. (that could be a whole seperate conversation!)
  2. I just found a TB today that has a clear tag with numbers & letters that can't be confused. The system says tag is not activated? My guess is a new cacher put it there and doesn't understand how to activate it. The last several cachers are veterns and I doubt it's them but I'm sending e-mails to verify. Any way of tracking a code not activated yet? I'm wondering if it can be traced back to the purchaser.
  3. Ok, I get it. Don't change my DNFs and just make a new found log. Thanks for all the comments and for not bashing me to hard!
  4. I'm a lurker! I've learned alot reading the forums but like others by the time I read the forum once every few weeks I have nothing new to add to the topics. My brother introduced me to geocaching in September and I passed him in finds within a month! People rag on LPC caches but I think there fun and it gives me something to do during lunch time. I save the bigger caches for the kids on the weekend.
  5. I was just wondering what others do with there DNF list and how they log them if found later. I go back to the cache page to see it it was just me or a missing cache. I like to give my DNFs a second or third try just to get it off my list. I will edit my DNF log into a "found it" and leave a little note of my triumph. I noticed this gets it off my list but leaves a DNF on the cache page even though it now says found. Any thoughts?
  6. I set up a new cache and can't figure out how to post a picture on the cache page? I got a picture uploaded as a link but don't see any other options?
