Just saw the update for the Official Jeep 4x4 Cache-In Adventure Sweepstakes, it looks pretty cool. Would be even cooler if there was a certain TB and if you found it, you won, but you wouldn't know which one it was. The thing that stinks though is you have to be 21 to win. I guess they don't realize there are cachers younger than 21, but who do have a drivers license and insurance. I think they need to reconsider the sweepstakes!!!!

I red'd this email notifying me that someone found my cache, here is what the pages says: Archived Florida Sunday, April 25, 2004 Sally's Boys found Long Lost Cache (Multi-cache) NICE HIKE, TOOK A WRONG TURN, BUT AFTER SOME BACK TRACKING GOT IT. Unfortunately the ruins that were in previous pictures have vanished, but whoever cleaned the area left the cache high and dry and in good condition. Took a bug and left some stuff, Thanks for the cache..... What does the "Archived" part mean?? I tried to find it on the cache page but it wasn't on there. And the person's cache page, doesn't show it as found. ??????

Like he said, so since money has "In GOD We Trust" you are going to stop putting where's george dollars in caches?? GOD is a general term to a supreme being for many religions. A cross is a symbol to a specific religion. I came across an eraser that said jesus saves, in the first part of a 3 part multi. I think that was solicitation. I just let it go and continued with the hunt. I like the shrinky dink idea! now I need to get artistic. Although the dollar bills, say "In GOD We Trust", I do not beleive they are a reference to other Gods. Some simple research can trace the US's history back to a country founded on the values of God, that are still in effect today.

I just placed a cache, with a FTF certificate. The finder didn't even mention he took it.

I am actually thinking about buying a Mercedes Benz Diesel to use Waste Vegetable Oil as a fuel. It is free from restaurants, which = unlimited caching!!!

What you do is hide a whole bunch of caches that are marked as trads, but aren't really out there!!!

I went to turn on my GPS today, and the promptscreen doesn't even come on. Nothing happens. Any suggestions on how to fix? I've already tried new batteries. The GPS is a Magellan GpS Pioneer, an older one. I dropped it yesterday on carpet. Worked fine the day before. Edited to add content.

I usually make my own tag, with the info on it, plus I say something like email yyguyguy@yuy.com or I say log it at expage.com (free web sites).

I am thinking about placing a cache on public library property, yet in the woods around the library. In your opinion, is this placement alright, and do I need to get permission?
