  1. Short answer: the cache description is wrong.
  2. Any news on when those will be available?
  3. PM sent! Not to worry....we'll get you taken care of Mrs Cachunut! Thanks; I had been away for a few days, but sent you a mail meanwhile. BalkanSabranje
  4. Just 13 countries listed at the "register" page (not ours, of course)...
  5. Well, I'd love to see one of those. SCNR, BalkanSabranje
  6. I posted our second "mountain event cache" (Link to Event Cache Description) lately and tried to set the appropriate attributes. But - halas! - the selection of attributes seems to be somehow restricted for the event cache type, so that I couldn't add the correct attributes. Could this be rethought plz?! TIA, BalkanSabranje P.S. This event would have deserved at least the following additional attributes:
  7. Any news on that, Jeremy? Thanks for updating us on GC's progress on the topic. BalkanSabranje
  8. Yep, so maintenance can't really be finished, I'd say.
  9. But it's 1100 in the morning here. And the local time is the reason why I suppose this to be somehow scheduled (server load can't really be at its peak at one a.m.).
  10. Similar questions here: when can we expect the server to be up and running again? We deperately need to print out some descriptions! And: couldn't planned maintenace (during the day!) be announced some days in advance so that at least the PMs could download the urgently needed data?! TIA for quick repair. BalkanSabranje
  11. Great idea - that's why it has been proposed and heavily supported before (unfortunately to no avail, so far): http://forums.Groundspeak.com/GC/index.php?showtopic=60134&
  12. I think you're slightly wrong on your dates , as the first gulf war took definitely place from '80 to '88 (Iraq vs. Iran). You're probably referring to the second gulf war '90/'91 (Iraq vs. Kuwait). SCNR, BalkanSabranje
  13. I'm not a Mac user, but I get a repeatable error under Opera 8.54 and Win: After about three clicks on the map buttons, it stops working and the cursor is not operable anymore for the map square (maybe an error with the JS programming?).
  14. Shouldn't this be expanded by "Discovered it"?! TIA, BS/2
  15. The MapQuest maps are still useless in Europe, so they stay useless on the printerfreindly version, which is apity, since we know how precise Goolge maps could be in comparison... @TPTB: Please change all the maps to Google Maps! TIA, BS/2 They should all be Google Maps.. can you give me a link to the cache you are viewing? Hi Raine, I was not referring to a certain cache, but to all the different sorts of maps that have not been changed yet (small maps on cache description in the upper left corner, map on "printer friendly" version, maps and - above all - "old maps" on trackable pages). Cheers, BS/2

    Timezone

If I remember correctly, this doesn't work for the date stamp on the cache page - that seems to be fixed to UTC-9. BS/2 Edit: Corrected +/-
  19. Well, as long as TPTB are here to answer and the OP's question is still unanswered (or the contradiction with the guidelines unsolved), I'd guess: not yet.
  20. My coins are in! Hoorrraaaaay!!! Thx to Psychochicken for this tremendous work of art - they are so psychotically cool. BS/2
