I have a couple of questions. 1. I loaded up almost 8 meg of map data from MapSource into my legend and every thing looks good. When I go to \Main Menu\Setup\System\ I noticed that the Memory used was only 4%? Shouldn’t this be up near 100% or is this just the memory used for waypoints, routes and tracks? 2. When I am in MapSource I can easily move around to find a location that I would like to explore, is there a way to get the zip code quickly? I am trying to take that zip code back to www.geocaching.com and see if there are any caches in that area. I have noticed that MapSource does display the Lat/Lon in the status bar. Is there a spot in www.geocaching.com that lets you enter lat/lon to track down caches? I find myself now going to the web with a street address to track down a zip code. All suggestions are welcome. Hi all Santa sent me a Garmon Legend for Christmas and I found my fist cache today, Hurray !!! I have a couple of questions about accuracy of the unit. When I first turned it on it said the accuracy was 35 ft and as I walked around it fluctuated between 20 and 35 ft? Q1. Is this normal? I thought that GPSs were supposed to be accurate to within 5 ft? Q2. Are all units the same? i.e. do higher end units have better accuracy? Q3. If you read this topic could you respond with your GPS make/Model and typical accuracy you receive Your help is appreciated, tball
