I also did nearest caches look at the distances (this might be a better example) with the caches comming up in a search like this will this throw off a PQ with the distances being all screwed up like this??

well, they are in the correct order for the different ordinal points of the compass, i.e., the E ones are in the correct order, the NE ones are in the correct order, etc. Seems to be right to me. Jim Yes for the compass but my nearest not found cache page allways shows by miles near to far which in the pix 17.5 m should before 20.5 m that is what i'm getting at. could I also have something set wrong???

Bingo! or, like me; I got a new computer and needed to re-load this 'feature' for GE and that is when I noticed it was gone. Of course, a quick google search today and its up and running again. got it off the GC website. So you're saying caches still show when you're on Goole Earth ??? I don't think so....! I don't understand why some people would still be able to see the KML's , while others can't when that option has been terminated. What version of Google Earth are you using and what did you "get off of the GC website" that enables you to still see the KML's (caches) ??? I THINK SO!!! I still get the kml on GE I downloaded it about a week or two before thay said "no more" It still works for me.

Never said I was, just posting the stats that's all. SS Sure you did! You thought you were better than me because you have found more caches than I did. I would be happy to compare all of my stats with you if you would like. We can start with Average log size, and number of hides. Ok then we will end by comparing most consecutive days with a Find, Most FTFs in a Day, and most FTFs in a month, and most finds in a day, Month, Year etc......... OH but you got me on log size, and hides, that's really hard to sit in front of a keyboard and ramble on about a cache. SS At least he can remember the caches he went after!!

Well this person is mad his find was deleated and said the numbers dont matter but if you look at his profile page IT"S ALL ABOUT THE NUMBERS!!.Me I like to keep a 15 mile circle around my house clear of caches.

Well your first problem was buying you gps at Best Buy!!! should have bought it online from a company with a good return policy.

I just did that yesterday deleated the maps right off (don't know how dumb a** moment) but I called garmin thay wanted me to send it in no charge. I bought it at REI and thay said no problem so today I went to the REI store and exchanged it for a new one(I'm also a REI member)no questions ask. So to answer your question. I WILL NOW!!
