No, haven't changed ID or password. Same one I have always used. I will contact Apple iTunes and see if they can figure it out. I just thought I would start here in case someone else had the same problem. Thanks.

May 28th there was an upgrade to the Geocaching app for iPhone; however, when I try to update it I get this message: Update not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled. The app still works, but I just can't update it. Any ideas??? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I realize that I had posted notes on some of my maintenance caches but after I posted an owner maintenance log those pesky red monkey wrenches went away. Thanks again!!! Sallie

When a cacher rightly or wrongly marks a cache as needing maintenance and the cache owner goes out to do maintenance on those caches is there a way that that red monkey wrench can be removed or at least an icon that lets a cacher know that there was a need for maintenance but that the required maintenance has been fulfilled? Just wondering...

As I remember there wasn't anything specific I did to fix it. It seems like I rebooted my system a couple of times and all was well again. It was on my PC also. Good luck - stuff like that is maddening, isn't it?

I found a Benchmark near a geocache (GC157K5) but it is not on the list. I took a picture but for some reason am unable to upload it to this site. It says "U.S. Geological Survey Benchmark, 964 elevation above sea level, 64JWM, 1959. Any ideas how to log it? Thanks

I am using IE at the moment but I can change over to Firefox.

There is a puzzle cache that I was looking at at the background of the cache page is where the answer is (I am assuming), because on the edges you can see coordinates. How can I view the background? I clicked on gallery but the page is not there. Thanks

Thanks for the reply and that list of info is going to be great to have. I don't know how I missed running across that while I was looking for help before typing my question. That being said, what it told me to do works up to the point of pasting it on my cache page. When I do that and then view the page it just shows what I pasted and not the stereogram. It is in HTML mode because the geochecker link I put on there works. Am I missing something? Thanks!!!

I need a stereogram expert. [] I went to EASYSTEREOGRAMBUILDER.COM and was able to create the stereogram (although it needs tweaked and I can't figure out how to make the numbers a little more clear and dark). Big problem is: How do I put the stereogram on a new cache page I am creating??? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! please........

It now works!!! Thank you. There was a blank line at the top of the visits.txt page. I deleted that line and it works like is used to. Appreciate all the replies and offers of help.

Is anyone having a problem accessing field notes? I have a Colorado 400t and I have always been able to upload my notes but the last two outings when I come in and try to upload them I get the following message "No logs have been found for your account at this time." Any ideas?

How do you get to the "bug page"?

I am getting the same 500 - Internal server error on My Finds. I hate when this happens... Maybe that is why the system is going down for a while today.

This is how I feel about the cache owners that like to delete logs for their own petty reasons. I don't find their caches. We have a person in our area that if he/she doesn't like what you say in your log they delete it and then proceed to denegrate you. Frankly, this is a game for me and when I run across people that don't know how to play a game for fun then I just turn them off. I have spoken with several cachers around here that have had the same problem with THIS ONE HIDER and we all just laugh about them. Too bad but there is a rotten apple in every bunch. You will find, however, that 99.9% of these people are fun, willing to help and enjoy the game as much as you do. As for your person that deleted it because they prefer a longer log... did they specify that in the body of the cache page? If not, then why are they complaining? Have a good weekend and cache on!!!

Each week I use GSAK and MyGeocachingProfile.com to run my stats and each week they have different numbers, i.e., this week GSAK shows 2522 finds on 2519 unique geocaches and MyGeocachingProfile.com shows 2520 finds on 2519 distinct caches. Also my stat bar did not change today it shows 2518 with 19 hidden caches (I have 20) and the rank stats bar shows 2520 finds. Does anyone know why there is such a difference in these stats and/or how do I fix them so they are correct? Hope I put this in the correct forum. Thanks so much. Sallie/s32144

However, now I can do it. I have copied from my previous ones but the only thing that comes up are the congratulation words and no color, no scrolling, no large font. I copied/pasted what you put on and it won't work for me either. I use Google Chrome now and thought that might be the problem so I went back to IE and it still won't work. I am clueless as to how to fix this. ANY help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I promise not to do any scrolling marquees Heh, you can have scrolling Marquees if you want, it's your choice Anyhoo, are you sure that the box is checked that says whether your page contains HTML or not? (at the top of your cache description)

Does anyone have any idea why my maps won't load? When I am on a cache page and click on view map the screen comes up but the map is not there.... I can't figure it out. Never had this problem before. Thanks for any help.
