I'd guess that you caught the web masters in the act of gearing up for earth day.

Well, there are a lot of puzzle caches out there - might take a week to solve them all.

Jeep Wrangler gets four doors (Warning: some Jeeps are not intended for off-road use)

I created a TB a while back to bring along on SDCET outings (it went to Indian Head Peak), but I figured it may as well be called The SDCET TB - so next time we meet on an SDCET adventure, please log it (or even take it with you on more SDCET adventures!)! Let me know if I accidentally left you out of the top 40 (assuming you belong there!) since the only cachers I recognize are the ones who frequent the forums! My apologies if you aren't one of the top 40 - there's only room for 40 in the TB description.

We must be setting some records here (maybe thanks to the MTRP wars). I've had to add a 7th PQ to get all the caches in San Diego within a 70 mile radius of the mexican border (see the green center point below): Since I filter each PQ by date placed, I can see some interesting statistics (ignoring archived caches): 1/1/2000 - 8/24/2003, 500 caches placed in 1331 days 8/25/2003 - 8/31/2004, 500 caches placed in 372 days 9/1/2004 - 4/28/2005, 500 caches placed in 239 days 4/29/2005 - 9/17/2005, 500 caches placed in 141 days 9/17/2005 - 1/24/2006, 500 caches placed in 129 days 1/25/2006 - 4/18/2006, 500 caches placed in 83 days 4/19/2006 - now, 12 caches placed 500 new caches every 3 months? Can the SDCET keep up?!?

Shouldn't be long now, considering that came out in Japan in 2004...

Wow, talk about "tried and true"! But never routine for us!

Wait, what's that thing materializing out of the clouds!

Wow, 18 days since last post. Must be MTRP Wars collateral damage!

I picked up 2 devhead cards (YMSC#12) from Poke-Cache - left 1 behind. Now I guess I have to figure out what this is all about!

Nyah, nyah, nyah. Your mother. Army boots.

You really think there are innocent victims placing caches in MTRP? (actually, from my reading of the forums/logs, that's pretty much what happened, except he didn't walk off with it, just activated it before the owner did - ugh! Same difference....Geez! Who's cache was it? If I were him I'd have Marko transfer it back to it's rightful owner. Sounds like this war has crossed the line set by the Geo-neva Convention! He offered to - I'm not sure he knows who the victim is? I just hope this "war" does not jeopardize our "reputation" in the park. (I say that not knowing what our reputation was before the war)

You really think there are innocent victims placing caches in MTRP? (actually, from my reading of the forums/logs, that's pretty much what happened, except he didn't walk off with it, just activated it before the owner did - ugh! However, I can't quite make out the details in the scrolling newsflash text at the bottom of the forum screen... Hopefully when the smoke blows away, someone will let us know what's going on near the front lines!)

How 'bout that local sports team? D! How 'bout those MTRP wars?

It looks like there's a cluster of caches near "Top O La Costa" that some of us haven't gotten yet. Possible "quickie" SDCET adventure.

I'd like to - but I'm waiting for all the FTF traffic to wind down first.

I think yours does too! However, nothing's quite like

Heh, well, considering the cache he is in is now disabled...

Duncan!, Gobolts! and tigger's mango are running away with it. Anyone else seriously in the game? There is a game? Apparently Duncan!, Gobolts! and Tigger's Mango know how it works! I'm speculating the coins are in caches but not logged into them and have to be found?

"You were right, Daddy. The bees didn't even notice me!"

Great! Thanks for the info! I haven't tried this yet, but for some of these events, we should be able to create a bookmark list of target caches and share it so we can all easily download a gpx file and scope them out in our favorite mapping program. On edit - actually it was pretty easy - I just loaded Google Earth and the GC browser and created a bookmark list right from there. SDCET - Boulder Creek Road Tour. I guess if we want the waypoints, we'd create a pocket query from the bookmark page.
