  1. That seems to have worked. Thank you!
  2. I have a new Wherigo cartridge to submit to Wherigo.com, but every time I go to submit it, it results in the following message: An Error Has Occurred Your request has resulted in an error. Please return to this site's home page to continue. This has been occurring for two days now and I cannot figure out what I'm missing or doing wrong. Perhaps someone could assist me on this. EDIT Also, I'm noticing when I'm selecting United States, the box below that says what state I'm in remains blank, if this has anything to do with it.
  3. This appears to be an organized attack on geocaching.com... Another fake cacher using that same .co.uk website in their logs. They just hit one of my own caches. Here's the faker's profile: http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=815e5e35-06f3-456a-9310-a40fa298dff0
  4. Wow. This appears to be a syndicate or a program or something because I just got a one of those fake hits on one of MY caches... http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=815e5e35-06f3-456a-9310-a40fa298dff0
  5. You may want to edit your post so you're not advertising for the guy. Note: I altered the quote and turned the URL to xxxxxxxxx Good idea.
  6. Got a log on one of our lonely caches here in the Johnstown-Altoona area from a cacher known as progc. http://www.geocaching.com/profile/?guid=c22a9f3f-f3b7-40a8-baaa-60e454200576. This account was opened on 9/2/15 and has over 1,800 finds already, globally. So either this guy has a teleportation device and a very good sense of where caches are or is an obvious fake. Could Groundspeak do something about this? This is not even a question of "well, everyone plays the game how they like". This is obviously a scammer. Upon further investigation, looking at all of the logs, I noticed this little bit in the bottom of his logs: Found using extra hints from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. So all he is doing is advertising a website.
  7. yep. Sorry for the delay. If there's anything I can do to speed up the review process, let me know. Have you checked for any Reviewer Notes posted to the cache page? B. Yes. There are none.

  9. I am the organizer of the Abandoned Turnpike event in Breezewood, PA. This event is now in its 9th year (7th on Geocaching.com). I submitted my event cache on 6/6/15 for review and have not yet received any reply from any of the Pennsylvania reviewers. I know things are a bit delayed due to the high volume of caches being placed (prime season) and because of Keystone being out of action for a while. But does anyone know any other way of getting this event moved up for review? Three weeks should be sufficient time, and I've got a LOT of people asking why it hasn't shown up on GC.com yet. I asked in my local group and they suggested resubmitting, but I would prefer not doing that as it may invoke the "duplication/serial event/anti-Dirtbag rule." Anyone got any ideas? 10. I ran several PQs today and cannot get them to run, in addition to the problem with not getting the PQs to show up in the list. Hopefully we'll have an update sometime between now and midnight.
  11. Ever since the upgrade to the GC website, it seems like pocket queries download at a much slower speed than before. Before, a 1.1MB file downloaded almost instantly and now it takes almost 2 minutes to download one. I can't be the only person with this problem. Anyone else?
