Went to Luxembourg about 3 years ago for holidays, La Rochette, only just found geocaching so would be a good reason to come back if there were some to be found

I thought Belgian people spoke Flemish, I recently went for my holidays in De Haan, I found out the caches that were near where I was staying and I translated them into English. I had great fun and actually found 2 caches. Why should people who live in their own country have to speak English?
