  1. If your going to Leave to Co-ords the same why wont you just go out adn move them to there new hiding spots with out archiving at all...just hide them how you want them...
  2. This is what you sound like: I am offended because you did blah blah blah. Just because you don't know what blah blah blah is doesn't mean that it doesn't offend me! I think I've explained blah blah blah very clearly. Blah blah is VERY important to me. So stop doing blah blah blah! I told you that I have no clue what you are talking about. So do me a favor and quit hen pecking me to death... funnnny, glad someone isnt taking this all that seriously
  3. When just starting i would suggest, before you go after a cache i would read through some or all of the logs on the cache this will give you a good idea how people have made out with it. If it is a micro or has a higher difficulty rating stay away from it, read the hint before you even go out. There are many differnt ways to hide caches, Start wiht some 1/1 regular caches and you can usually bet they will be a) under a fallen tree b ) tucked inside of a tree c) underneath a pile of brush(or neatly placed pile of sticks) d) underneath the branches of an evergreen tree or e) undernaeth a bush Start witht he easier ones before you go after any micros or 2/2+ ratings

  11. Went after my first FTF a few days ago, found it the instant i got to the Gz and it was a plastic skoal tin, sitting in plain view beside a bridge, the label still half on, three follded up strips of paper for the log, wasnt labelled as a geocache or anything at all, there was still a little bit of tabbacco in the bottom, which stunk, and no FTF prize:( Ill still take the FTF tho
  12. 1) YES 2) THE FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT ???
  13. Ill be going after a first to find in a few hours, and theres nothing wrong with my priorities. Im sure Most of the people who go after a FTF arent driving like idiots to get there, to many people getting a FTF is very enjoyable encluding myself, but im not going to risk my life for it, which i doubt many people would.
  14. A Multi-cache up here in Ontario has a large ammo box pumped full of film canisters, In one of them there is the coords for the North, and in another for the west, All the rest had "sorry not quite" or "keep trying", took me till the last one to get the west. The second stage was straight forward after that. the cache was rightfully called "You must be joking"
  15. Mr.BellyDancer, he is a 250 pound man ...that noone would like to get a belly dance from
  16. Theres your problem...It hard to find caches with a nuvi or another road travelling gps. I know of some people who do it with success, but for someone who is just starting out it wont work the greatest. other handheld gps's like a garmin etrex are cheap and can get you much much closer to any cache then a nuvi.
  17. The maps that came with that bundle were road and recreation, Which shows all roads and points of interest , the bundle is perfect for a geocahcer that wants to use there gps for road navigetion to. ibycus maps are great but dont show road names..well not detailed anyways. depending on what you want . this could be a great deal.
  18. Considering you are looking into getting yourself a gps anyways. the problem will probably not be a problem for much longer. I just purchased A garmin eTrex HC in a bundle with upgraded road maps, vehicle mount and car charger. It was on sale for and was an amazing deal.i would definately reccomend you try and find this bundle or one simaler because i love this gps.
  19. Hey there, quick question how big(mega, giga...) is the entire download? making sure it will fit on my gps that im buying tonight...
  20. Me and all the members of our geocaching 'team' are under 20, there is about 8 people with us and we are all 18 and 19. Also every person we have talked to about geocaching has been interested, and is deffinately not considered 'uncool' or ' old people game ' by any of our friends
