  1. Go ahead and ask for help, isn’t that what this forum is all about Geocaching.

I look at it this way, if people keep making there puzzle caches so hard that no can figure them out, no one will find or even look for them. Its there loss then putting all that work into for nothing.

Ask what ever question you want.

  2. Well I have about 250 finds under my belt, and to this date I have not even turn the WAAS feather on. I have two units that I cache with. both are Garmins one is a GPS72 and the other one is a gray scale Vista.

But of course I cache near Minneapolis/ St Paul area and I dont see a need for it here. I am not sure if this helps you at all.

Also let me be the first to welcome you aboard to the world of Geocaching.

  3. I am not sure if this has been covered before but I was thinking of using my GPS has a moving TB when I am out for people to log it or discover it, does any body have any suggestions on how to do this?

    Thanks.

I would have to agree you must try one of Posen caches, one of my favorite one even though I haven’t found it yet, is One-In-A-Million GCTCZA I scored a big fat DNF on this one, this is also is located near Roseville Minnesota. He has some interesting containers out there.

And of course you must do a King Boreas cache, it wont be hard to find one he just celebrate his 1000th hide, and there seems to be one ever were.

    Welcome to Minnesota.

  6. I just found out the same information. Your TB has only been there since 7/22 and with the summer heat around 100 I am sure there isnt to many geocachers out there right now. I had a geocoin sit in a cache over a month before someone moved it so dont worry about it yet.

You will find your TB will probley move more often in the fall, winter and spring when there are more cachers out and about. And I did check and it is a little tofar for me to grab it from Minneapolis MN.

Good luck with it and welcome aboard to geocaching.
