I transfer waypoints all the time using Spanner mode. I'm 100% sure that's not the issue. The few times I've had issues transferring it has always boiled down to a corrupt waypoint and the only way to get things working again has been to delete all waypoints from the GPS. That's fine if you're wanting to retrieve a track, not so good if you're trying to retrieve a bunch of waypoints for stages of multi's you've recently completed. Contact Garmin and see if they have any advice. Ya, I'm not actually sure about spanner mode, lol. Guess I'll have to contact Garmin. Is there an efficient way to delete all the waypoints? Unfortunately, BaseCamp did nothing for me. I was reading some other places online and i've seen mention of a .gpx file in the Garmin>GPX>Current folder. I do not have any files in that folder. Is this any indication of my problem? Thanks again.

I'll give BaseCamp a try. MapSource was included when I got the GPS a couple summers ago.

I'm using MapSource 6.15.11 and when I try to "Receive from Device" my routes and tracks I get the error message, "the selected device has no routes or tracks on it." Thank you so much for helping.

Please help. Suddenly, I am unable to transfer tracks, routes, and waypoints from my Colorado 400t into Mapsource. I recently updated the firmware on the 400t but other than that no changes have been made. I'm about to go nuts here so I'm begging you.

Where do I start on learning to solve geocache puzzles? For example, this cache requires solving a puzzle but there is no instructions on how to solve it. Is there a standard puzzle used for geocaching? Thank you for any info!
