i've heard that waas can actually make it worse sometimes. would this matter or does the unit automatically use the most accurate signal?

i don't understand why this isn't working. it's getting very frustrating

i noticed that this issue has not REALLY been addressed. i have been trying to give myself an avatar in the forums. i've tried just about everything. i can't get it to work. on gc.com it shows that i have an avatar and signature. however, the register link in the forums won't work. it just sends me back to the Groundspeak forums home. it's getting really frustrating as it has been a problem all week for me.
