  1. Okay, I have wondered this for a while and seen people doing this to their local caches. If you own or co-own a cache can you and should you log a found it log. Does it even count as a smiley? I've seen a bunch of people do it, and I kind of think that's it's like just so their numbers go up. Do some of the more experienced geocachers do this?
  2. I'm the youngest in this thread!
  3. All of your caches are published really fast! Some caches I co-own got published 9 days after we sent in the forms! But it doesn't really bother me since they're volunteering.
  4. I am one of the 130 people in the 12-20 age range.

  6. Oh, ok. Thanks for answering my questions!
  7. Why is it that some usernames don't work in the forums? My account on geocaching.com doesn't work here. I had to make a new account just for here because my usual account doesn't work for here. I feel like I broke a rule. Am I even allowed to have two accounts?
  8. I'm a premium member, but when I was a member I used to do this: sign in, go into hide and seek a cache, then click on my state in "by State (US only) and then all new caches or events would come up. It still works for me and that's how I do it. Sorry for my run-on sentences.
  9. I put caches near my house so when I'm near them I can check them out a lot and do maintenance stuff. It's nice because I can (most of the time) fix them easily if there are any problems and put them out for more people to hunt for it.
  10. Remember to be helpful! I'm a newbie and trust me, it is nice to get helpful logs or comments!
  11. Ok...Is this really real? Do people really put live hamster in caches? Or is this one big sarcastic joke?
  12. Is there a log in there? How do you claim a find?
  13. .....you think of putting a cache outside of your school so you can watch people hunt during class.
  14. Oh, cool. Thanks a lot!
  15. I want to do my first benchmark sometime soon. I read through the FAQ, but I don't know if I need to post a picture. Is it optional or mandatory?
