Thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately the nearest place that sells gps is over an hour's drive. Does either perform better under heavy cover?

I'm looking into buying a gps and I was wondering if there is much difference between these two models. The only thing I can really find that the 60csx has as far as specs over the vista hcx is tide tables, which are not important to me. Yet I believe there must be some reason for the price difference so Im asking all of you. Thanks.

Will it matter that that model is not an "H" model?

First off sorry for asking this becuase Im sure it happens a lot. It is just really confusing the number of models out there. Alright well this will be my first gps, and as a college student money is a big issue. Therefore I'd like to stay under 100 but if I need to I can go up to 150. Details: I run a laptop with USB connections so no serial. I plan to use the gps for primarily geocaching but I will also use it when hiking and canoeing also. Thanks
