  1. me too. at 5 seconds till go line I refresshed and it took forever to refresh again.
  2. Missed these too. I'll gladly trade anything in my available list of a couple of Outdoorfamily coins for one LE.
  3. Count me in!! It sounds like the VIPS have 24 hours to pay, we may be able to escape having much $$ on hand if one person can get the paypal funds from everyone else w/in 24 hours, most of us are used to paying immediately anyways. Does anyone already have the $250 in purchases to become a VIP at no cost?
  4. I'd be all for that but I don't think anyone person wants to be stuck being in charge of collecting the $$ and distributing the coins. I'd join if someone forms one.
  5. Unfortunately, there was no way for me to become a VIP member to take advantage of the features, even though I've personally bought way more than $250 on the site. Oh well. Hopefully they will listen to our whining and improve their customer service. Or not, since they seem to be selling out just fine at the moment. That's where I stand, I have bought WAY more than 250.00 and I think if they did good buss., they would consider that. If I read the updgrade page right, it seems like if you have bought $250 in the last six months you can upgrade for free. But then if you want to buy less than 25 of a coin you will have to have a seperate account to buy in the 1-10 coin range as VIP's can only buy 25-100 coins.
  6. I think they had raised their qty to 1000. At least that was mentioned earlier in the thread. It is 1000, 500 for the 8pm sales and 500 at midnight.

  8. I'll trade 2 Outdoorfamily coins for one of these if anyone is interested.
  9. I rushed home to buy these before going to a friends to do her taxes tonight after the EGG coins, now I'm wodering if there is even any point staying home for the EGG's or not :-(
  10. This may very well be true. My personal opinion is that the VIP groups shouldn't be able to buy the LE's like that, they should be limited only the standard coins. Or at the very least be limited to one LE per group member. What keeps one VIP group from buying all 150 of these LE's?
  11. I didn't forget at all. Rushed home and was on the site 5 minutes before sale time. As soon as 8pm est hit I was refreshing (had been for the last minute before go live time and watching hte seconds tick down) When it had 45 second left before go live I hit refresh and the page took forever to load. Of course no LE's left by then and I have DSL. If they are going to sell coins like this they need to upgrade their system to handle the extra traffic. So does anyone have an extra LE they'd like to trade or sell?
  12. Are you sending confirmation emails to those who ordered? I placed an order yesterday from my work email address of sgomer@XXXXX.com (before the thread lock) and haven't heard anything.
  13. Anyone planning on ordering some extras? I'd like to team up with someone or a group of people to order and have one person redistribute, I'll pay the cost of the coin plus shipping. How many coins can be shipped for the one pound rate of $4.10? At least 10 (depending on coin weight) I would thing, that's $0.49 per coin to the first person and then what $1.50 to mail on to the second person.......$2 shipping sounds much better to me. If someone wants to team up or form a group let me know.
  14. You can't get a custom icon unless you have 500 coins. You can get PC tracking on as little at 50 coins but no icon.
  15. Being from Missouri of course I want a few. But that doesn't change the fact that personall I think this should be a Ozark Mountain Cachers coin not a "Missouri" coin since it lists other states in the ozark mountain area. But the's just my opinion.
  16. This make sense that the coins may not all be available at the same time to ship.........but most likely both EGG coins will come in together and both Mississippi coins will come in together. Maybe they could add a second row to the sale box (with the radio buttons) to select how many standard in the top row and how many LE in the second row and combine the shipping for the same type of coin at least. I know there would still be 3 sales this weekend in that case but I'd rather pay shipping for 3 orders than 5 orders.
  17. Yes. Today I sent another coin for trade to Germany, well replacement trade coin. It cost me $1.70 for 1.8 ounces. 1 Coin in one package. Global Flat Rate is nice because you know the cost. Of course, there is also the customs forms you have to fill out. And no tracking makes it hard to know when your package arrives. You don't need the customs froms for anything under 1 pound. I have sent several coins overseas in the last couple months and all have made it intact in good time w/out customs forms. I printed them the first couple times and took them to the post office with me and the first time they taped it on the next couple times they threw them in the trash and said I didn't need them. Coins got there just fine. When I sent coins to Canada last weekend I used the addresses from the emails and pasted them to labels to print, then packaged in bubble mailers. The only change I had to make was to Write Canada on the very botteom line of the address (she said the country always has to be listed on the bottom line which makes sense to me). She then stamped them with a rubber stamp and put postage on them. I'm not sure if they have arrived in Canada yet or not.
  18. Please up me to two coins instead of just one. thanks!!
  19. This is one of those rare cases that I think I'd prefer the Standard version (unwrecked) rather the LE (Wrecked/Total Loss) version.
  20. Pez, hopefully that isn't your "total loss" Mountaineer. Sucks to be without a cache mobile, we were w/out one of ours for 3 weeks after Outdoorman63 got hit on his way to a cache and the insurance companies are still fighting it out. We are hoping to get our $724 back still from the deductible and rental car.
  21. Kilted, I'd be happy to pay the cost of shipping if you'd like some of them placed in caches in the St. Louis, MO area.
  22. Looks great!! Hope to trade for one of each or trade for the LE and purchase the standard.
  23. I don't usually ask for a special number but it always makes me feel a little special when I get a coin with 79 on it. 63 is good to for outdoorman63 too.
  24. Wonder which one of us in St. Louis he considers the guru, LOL.
