  1. Howdy Pete! Hope to see you down here on the 19th!!
  2. Sometimes these discussions take some very strange turns!!
  3. I think by the "news" definition, they usually refer to the Central Valley as Fresno through Sacramento. Bakersfield isn't too far out of that region so I am sure most would include that in the definition. Welcome to the CVC forums!!
  4. Snitch?? hmmm...Thinking of when I snitched...drawing a blank...OHHH! You mean the conspiracy with the Camel??
  5. You may regret that. Snitch! Hummm. Let's see. Get The Point. Watermark. National Treasure. What could be next? You guys didn't like solving the Rubic Cube so that would have to be included. How about if I use my poor French in it too? Joker of goat!? I was think more in the lines of Crateur d'aventure and/or Fermier d'amusement. If you use French, I will counter that with a little German...
  6. Ooops...Forgot to ask...Anybody else planning on doing Bill's cache, "National Treasure"? It is an awesome cache and should be high on your "to-do" list if not. I'm looking forward to his next little adventure!
  7. By the way, there may be an extra prize for the person who travels the furthest to the upcoming event, "Motown's Greatest hits". (Maybe even a chance to win $10,000.00!)
  8. For the record...I did NOT help Kenny with his latest scheme for CVC Tag. He did this ALL on his own. (Wellm he had a LITTLE assistance from a certain, local farmer, who shall remain nameless). Should be an interesting find for those who look for it!
  9. So Kenny, when will this Tag be placed?? You are keeping a woman waiting...And we ALL know not to do THAT!
  10. LOL! Been there, done that. times before slowing my process down!!) Thanks for the tip though!
  11. Did anyone else read the threads in the Bay Area forums about the caching event (down South) that placed 140 caches for the event?? That is a LOT of maintenance afterwards!! While we have some fun planned for the upcoming event, "Motown's Greatest Hits", 140 caches is not part of it! (Nor is 70...or 30...or 15....or.....) But there ARE a lot of exiting caches in the area that haven't been found in a long time! I am lokoing forward to seeing everyone there!
  12. I go to Vegas a couple times a year for business and always try to fit in a few caches. For some reason, I really enjoyed this cache: GCHKKZ It was unique enough that I kind of want to do one like this in my area. Also, there is a web cam cache in the hard Rock Hotel gift shop. I hope you have a fun trip!
  13. I resemble that remark!!!!!!!!! Where did everyone go?!?!?! Helloooooooo hello, hello, Anyone in here? Please leave a message at the beep....beeeeeep
  14. Always buy insurance I believe that he will have it out there tomorrow...It's a WORK day!!
  15. I still need to create mine but will be adding "National Treasure" to the list. (Nice cache clown...errr, I mean Bill!
  16. At least not yet! I think she's on to you two, Tim and Kenny. I told you it would never work. LOL! I may have some "inside" knowledge of what Kenny is up to, but he did this ALL on his own!!
  17. Work never stops Kenny...Why would a little rain??
  18. Plot, scheme, plan, collusion, conspiracy, complicity, involvement...... Why would GreenAchers know anything about where Tag was before Camel even hid it? They are up to no good, I tell ya! US?? NO GOOD??? Well I never!!!
  19. Now this is intriguing, isn't it? I'll be right there Kenny! You might want to allow some extra time on this one!
  20. So if I try to be there by 11 AM, I'll be sure to be on time for the 12:30 PM. Works for me... more plotting and scheming time. Right?!? <-----Always plotting...Always scheming!!
  21. Ok, sorry for the late change, but we are moving "Motown's Greatest hits" up an hour and a half to 12:30. I hope this makes it a little easier for most and doesn't hurt any of the existing commitments! Should be a lot of fun and I look forward to seeing everyone there!
  22. I thought he was one of the Pips! LOL!! Too funny! (Although you may be right!)
  23. That was the top secret - start of the 2nd Annual Cannonball Run Travel Bug Race. Everyone thought it was going to run from East to West. After all the bugs were shipped to New York, they FedExed them to California. Ya, that was a fun event and a great group of cachers. As far as this event... I haven't had the time to stir things up so I think I'll just go as... Who knows! I'm kind-of hoping you come dressed as Gladys Knight or one of the Pips!
  24. I'm a sucker for a good surprise. I'll bet we're only going to find out about it one at a time. Right?? I would hope so...I don't think his plans are to introduce it at our upcoming caching event, "Motown's Greatest Hits", but you never know with Camel. Glad to see that you are on the list Bill...The event would not be the same without you! (I see you went as the MIB once...Wonder what you will dress like for THIS one?!! )
  25. I know the surprise! It will be interesting to read the comments followng his hide....
