  1. Don't worry there will be plenty of cachers at the event on Saturday like Photom, the 2 fers, BOGA, Sanruft, and That stockton Lady (and probably myself) doing enough of the talking to make it so that no one would even notice if you COULDN'T get a word in edgewise! As for Sanruft's trail they are an excellent group of caches. If you start your checking at Start or Finish 1 you can figure out which direction the rest of them in the trail go. I believe a few of them have been archived now though. And as far as TAG! goes. it is a traveling cache. That stays in our CVC area.... (generally from Merced to Stockton) and often changes forms. Also you gotta be QUICK fo find TAG! as it moves quickly some times. (though sometimes it stays for a few days or so.)
  2. See what she said guys..... she turned her back on us. Wonder what we did to deserve that?!?!?!?!?!
  3. It could only have been bomb squad if I had it!
  4. I wish I had landed at the same place as the top picture..... that is absolutely beautiful!!!!!
  5. Welcome NutLady.... I must agree with Mrs. Sanruft above..... And with a name like NUTlady you should fit in just fine with this group of misfits!!!!! Welcome aboard. Ohh and for the membership just send a check to my attention for your $200.00 a month fees... (just kidding of course.) Hope to see you at the upcoming event. :edited because it took me 3 attempts to get this all spelled correctly!!! :
  6. That appears to be jsut "inventory" not coins. they put them in the same place on the cache page.
  7. I pay my $30.00 per year... I have only had time for about 20-30 caches this eyar (if even that) And probably no more than 10 more this year BUT it is worth it to help keep the sport alive let alone the ease of getting the PQs and eing able to NOT HAVE TO TYPE THEM IN ONE BY ONE!!!!!!! I remember carrying around a binder with cache pages printer out and typing them in one by one before Bill showed Tim and I the paperless thingy. Then went out and spent some money on a PDA to go paperless completely which makes it even more worthy it.
  8. Bill be carefull.... you pull too many and you'll have nothing left to ease your frusterations.....
  9. Wolf Grrl, If you're going to hang around people like this... you're going to need a Passport and a Teflon suit. These are the types of cachers I was trying to warn you about. Gee thanks, Bill! Hair cuts? Last time I went down to get my hair cut, I told the barber to continue and cut the other one too. --- Warning: I feel another code cache coming on. Should I place it in Livermore or do you guys want to show your stuff. They ahve enough codes out there.... of course you could put it out there for the "wrong posted coordinates" and place the cache out here jsut to mess with them. . A good code cache in my neck of the woods might get me to dust off the ol GPS.... of course dusting it off might notget me the time to go find the cache! HAHAHAHA
  10. Welcome to our Humble Abode Wolf Grrl........ To join this group you must send me a check for $200.00............. err I mean..... umm..... No cost... no application just join us and feel welcome. We could go on for days with our faqvorite Central Valley caches. National trreasure, Watermark, Blooming Cache, Nothing but Flashlights.... Here is my full list Bookmark for CVC Again welcome and make yourself at home.
  11. yeah I had the same thing when I went to Colorado and back a couple of years back. I had like 400 in my GPS but only did like 15-20 for the whole trip (and most of those were in denver where I was staying!)
  12. holy schnikes!!!!! That is like an average of 33 1/2 caches per day!!!!!! You are gonna be some seriously tired people after this one!!!
  13. HEY Good For you!!!!!! Did you get it in an XL so it would fit me?
  14. Wouldn't keeping the WJTB and YJTB be just like taking ay other cacher's travel bug and keeping it? I think it is stealing none theless.
  15. awared???? wot mean? ' Until you pointed it out my feeble mind read that as awarDed so I am sure that is probably what he meant.
  16. Kenny - I don't recall seeing you there!! If you had been, you would have witnessed an ironclad case fully investigated by a team of three seasoned detectives, presided over by a real court representative from Fresno, and with a totally impartial jury. "Guilty." The bottom line is that even BOGA said, "But I can now say I've had me day in 'court' so I'm going to have to live with the findings... " Yeah I know I missed it... and believe me I really wanted to go... BUT I had an MDA ride on that morning PLUS my son's Birthday was that day so I had to do the birthday thing with him at Laserquest that night. BUt I would have loved to have seen it.
  17. Rookies are easily tricked into beleiving Propaganda!!!
  18. That's who I was going to guess! GEEZ!!!! What did I do to deserve all this punishment! HAHAHAHA
  19. Wow - an ethical dilema involving an attorney who has been preaching "following the rules!" On the one hand, if he puts it out - he's possibly aiding and abetting a potential felon by allowing Tag to be kidnapped once again. On the other hand if he does not put Tag out, he clearly violates this rule (from Tag's description): "Holding this cache for over three days is a direct violation of the CVC Tag rules and punishable by Group installed Tar and Feathers!" What will our attorney do? Anyone want to start some odds here? I lay odds that he plays nicely and places it soon...It will be up to someone who has devious thoughts to grab CVC after Ted places it and hold onto it for awhile....Kenny?? Hey now I don't hang onto TAG for devious reasons.... I hang onto him becasue life keeps getting in the way of Caching!!! tell you I jsut need to find out how to getpaid for geocaching!!!!!!!!
  20. My attorney says I'm not to reply to this but I don't think it will hurt to point out the total commitment to defending my good name. Tom and Doug blew off the charges and ended up in ankle bracelets anyway. BTW, Do ankle bracelets interfer with the GPS receiption? OF, Doug, Tom and Kenny should all know and 2fer, Radikel and the Half Adult are all going to need to know! It must interfere with the reception... not too sure I ahve found too many since I was "busted"
  21. http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...e0-47a6a1d43691 Ohh so it is in Europe...... AND Tom amazingly enough just delivered said TAG to Stockton for that Stockton lady to pick up..... hmmmm.... Is that the tar I smell heating up again?!?! I can say in complete honesty that WE DID NOT TAKE TAG TO STOCKTON FOR "that Stockton lady" to pick up. As a matter of fact we drove around for quite some time looking for a specific "LAW OFFICE" only to find the brass name plate had been recently changed (at least it looked a lot shinier than the other one). If she does happen to come upon it though, at least we made an honest attempt at getting it back in play up North. So enough with the tar and feathes, My scalp is still peeling from the unpleasantness at Micki Grove Park! I hear that Aloe Vera lotion can help with the peeling!

  23. Just a quick note..... where is yorkshire county? Is this some pre-amble to places Taglionis Jr. is to travel again?
  24. Sorry but you recall wrong. First it says, San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. Second it says, "It's not a big deal if it goes outside the county but don't let it wander too far, PLEASE." I suspect many folks differ on their definition of "too far." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also sorry, but I didn't say coords were updated to make things easier on the Northerners either. That was 2 for the road. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also see that Tag's description says there's no log! What's with that? More misinformation from the farmer? I tell you what I am glad to not be part of the Yankees (San Joaquin County) OR the Confederates (Merced County) Happy to be part of the great " CVC Divide" here in the real home of CVC tag Stanislaus County. Kinda like Texas....... No American flag OR Rebel flag.... Just our own place not getting into any civil war. However I must point out that the rules on tags page were changed due to those northerners that took tag up to San Joaquin county so they changed the rules because it was spending so much time up there. it is only a matter of time before they change th rules and allow it to go to Merced county without being an infraction.
