  1. Maybe I'm missing something? Since the person that asked the question is using a Garmin Colorado GPS, why would s/he need to use any additional software to load the GPX file? The Colorado supports direct drag'n'drop of GPX files onto the unit via USB, on Mac or PC. And MacCaching doesn't even show the Colorado in the "compatible devices" list. It's kind of ironic that better support for GPX in the unit itself, with no special conversion or interface needed, appears to actually decrease the amount of software the device is compatible with. Perhaps after years of dealing with baffling proprietary interfaces, the idea of a device supporting the obvious standards makes developers' heads explode?
  2. I have exactly the same problem, using both Firefox and Safari on MacOS. The dialog recognizes the file that I uploaded, but when I click "save" it complains that I haven't slected a route to save, even though I have. The other problem I have is that none of my Pocket Queries that I generated have been emailed to me. I can preview them, but I never get sent the GPX file with results. So, basically, the features I paid to be a premium member to use, don't work.
