So is he saying that if someone wants to go jogging through a cemetery, that would be included as illegal? All recreation?

Our hobbies go in phases...so I started with sewing and quilting, geocaching replaced that somewhat, then was replaced somewhat by reefing (saltwater tank) and now THAT'S about to be replaced by rally obedience competitions with our youngest dog. Geocaching replaced housekeeping, so I hired a housekeeper It didn't replace photography for me, but it did replace my darkroom time. Now I take rolls and rolls of film, and they are sitting on the shelf waiting for me to get to them. Maybe after rally-o season.... I'm sure that sometime this summer geocaching will be back on the list, but it'll have to be balanced along with everything else. TV? What's that? I'm not sure why we even have satellite tv anymore.

FYI, the Director of Parks, Recreation and Tourism is Chad Prosser, and the Deputy Director is Charles Harrison. My letters to these two gentlemen are going out today. teamkimble Springfield, IL

Our first take was a little plastic dinosaur, that is now velcro'd into our Jeep as the mascot. We had taken something to trade with us, but forgot it in the car, so I left a dollar bill. My hubby (the cheapskate) realized right away that this was a money losing situation.

Our 2 dogs both came from the pound. Ralf, a rottie/lab mix, is 9 and Alice, a pitbull/mastiff mix is 2. Neither one has ever forgotten how close they were to death, and both seem grateful for the chance to come live with us. If you want to take your dog geocaching, make sure you get a dog that likes riding in cars (and doesn't get carsick!). Oh, and check out petfinder for rescue dogs! Tomi and Carl Ralf and Alice

You guys have such cool ideas! I really like the wire puzzles, too! We've been trying to decide what our sig item should be for awhile. I think we're going to end up with bandannas that have our team name embroidered on them (I have an embroidery machine). I never leave my house to go caching without one, but I don't know if other people would appreciate it.

Central Illinois - Springfield to be exact. But one of us was born in SOUTHERN Illinois (Harrisburg anyone?).

We have a meriplat and a magellan 315. Got the 315 at a yard sale for $40 in 1999. I still like to play with it from time to time, but the meriplat sees more action.

We're going to camp both Friday and Saturday nights. We've reserved FS-14. I am so excited! This will be our first cache event, can't wait to meet you all Not sure what time we'll arrive Friday evening. I'm taking the afternoon off from work to pack the camper, and will leave as soon as my husband gets home. We're in Springfield, so it will take us at least a couple of hours I think.

I just got my Christmas present a little early (he knew I'd want to use it this weekend, since the weather was so great), and it's a Meridian Platinum. I also have a 315, will probably use it for backup for awhile, anyway. I got the 315 at a yard sale a few years ago for around $40 off an old guy who didn't know how to use it.
