  1. We had a message today "Can't unlock geofence". I contacted the player who reported it and asked at which stage this problem occurred. She had no idea she said, she said she probably did something wrong and had completed the ALC. She blames her bad eyesight. Maybe the link is to close to the answer button?
  2. How will Groundspeak know that I have reviewed my ALC and resolved potential problems? And what administrative action will be taken and at what point? And what if there was no problem other than the user not knowing what they are doing? And like others say: please add the location on which the problem is reported. Add a textbox to all the options the user can report, we need more specific information to take any action.
  3. It's been quiet for over a year, but we received an other bogus log again on one of our coins. This time from flowo1985. Again on an older post. Deleted the log and locked the coin.
  4. Here we go again: advokamo logged one of our coins. Deleted the log, locked the coin. Again on an older post on that Facebook group.
  5. Pocket query (export) missing adventure labs Since the adventure labs count in our total geocache founds on the geocaching stats on gc.com now as well, will the support on the website itself increase for adventure labs? For example, I use GSAK for the stats on our profile, but although the total count is including the adventure labs, the founds pocket query doesn't contain them. Since we do adventure labs a lot in urban areas now, this would mean I would have to add those manually in GSAK to have my stats complete. GPS spoofing apps Seems that the adventure lab app indeed queries the apps which are installed on your phone. Google has been restricting the use of the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES from Android 11 onwards, because of privacy concerns. However, this means on older devices which don't have Android 11+ can still be queried for the apps installed on the device I guess. Really hope because of GDPR and such this will be removed from the adventure lab app for all versions of Android.
  6. It was silent for a long time again with bogus logs on our trackables, but just today received an e-mail for another bogus log on one of them. Found the TB-code on this FB group again, in an older post this time. It's a wonder we didn't receive earlier logs on it. TB locked, deleted the log. Team name which logged our TB: Dromaniax
  7. It was silent for quite a while, but just today had another bogus log on one of our TB's. Discovered by this activity, this FB group is still alive and active. TB locked, deleted the log. Team name which logged our TB: Tomboy1
  8. And another one of our coins is mentioned on Geocache TB Spoiler Facebookpage. This time our coin is discovered by Schnüffelcarsti. Log deleted and coin locked.
  9. Was just browsing my FB timeline, and turns out there are more of these FB groups to share TB codes. (How naive I was). Since I'm a member of a geocoin group on FB, it was suggested to me as something I might have interest in. Mind you, these groups haven't shared our codes (yet), but something annoyed me in their group description, which is private by the way, so don't know what and how much they have shared (it started in 2018): This is the other way round. Not only can't I check if my codes are on there, also when it's posted their, since it's private and can't see the posts, but I shouldn't even have to. Why not share your own TB codes only in that group if you want to? Why should a group member decide to post my code there if they may have seen me in the "wild" and they took a picture of or scribbled down one of my trackable garments?! Since it's a private group I can't contact them to ask them this vary question and don't feel like becoming a member. One other thing: The infamous public page on FB for which we have had several bogus logs, has this website mentioned on their FB page details: logthemall.org. When you go to that website you can bulk log trackables and at the bottom it reads: Authorized developer for the Groundspeak API, which links to the geocaching profile of Cano. Doubt however that this geocacher knows this FB page link exists and doubt if (s)he wants to be associated with this page....
  10. Yes, just received two other emails from logs of them on our tb's. And when I wanted to delete the last one, the log was already deleted. Thx Groundspeak for the quick action taken.
  11. Team MSBMS just logged an other one of our TB's for which the code was posted today on the infamous FB page. Log text: "Découvert durant le confinement du Covid-19.Bonjour du Nord de la France. Merci pour le partage." TB locked, log deleted.
  12. We had the same log from them. Seems HQ is deleting the logs, since logs keep on added and then the count drops again. The account is also locked. Edit: and they just logged another one, posted on the FB group on 21 March.
  13. They're at it again: balozu burvis logged one of our coins, which again (s)he can't have seen. Code was posted two days ago on the infamous FB group, which still exists. Deleted log and locked tb.
  14. They just replied to my message saying I deleted their log and reported them to GCHQ (here). Basically they don't care: if they see a list with tb-codes (on FB or anywhere), they log it. They play the game their way and I should just remove their log if I don't want it. Apparently it doesn't matter if the tb owner gave permission to be on the list with their tb(s) or not and has work on it removing any unwanted logs.
  15. Today received an other log on one of our coins. Needless to say, we haven't shared the code, and again it was posted on the Facebook group. Deleted the log and locked the tb. Bogus log from: °WUSEL°
  16. And an other log on one of our activated tb's for which the code was published on the Facebook group on 29 February apparently (I discovered that after checking there). TB hasn't been in out in public. Locked tb and deleted log. Bogus log from: Goldfisch29
  17. I deleted the logs and locked the tb, that way no one can log it again. Our tb was never shown to anyone as well. At least they admitted eventually that they got the code from the Facebook group, well after I pointed that out to them, because first they said they had it from a list on an event.
  18. And two more teams logging a tb from us, which they can't have seen: TheBinily and Raubritter.
  19. No, it was one of our activated geocoins which has never left the house which had a discovered log. We checked the FB group and two hours before the discover log it was posted in that group. Never had any logs before on that coin. I was only referencing the part of the quote of 8 January about the relation to the FB page which is used to discover trackables in general. Although as a result, I'll be activating our unactivated trackables I guess to prevent possible activation of the codes.
  20. You can search in the messages on that Facebook page for your trackable number (Click messages and use the search edit box). Yesterday we received a fake log from Rocky1210, checked the FB page, and 2 hours before that, the trackable number showed up on there.
