Exactly my question. The points will also count towards future souvenirs, so I would like to see those added too.

New problem: I logged 7 caches today, only 4 appear in my Friend League and count towards my (stil incorrect) score. Bit of a bummer after all the hype.

Please note the 5 points for a mystery do not result in receiving he first souvenir either.

same here, logged my 1st mysterie just now and got 5 points instead of 15 and no souvenir. Shame really, couldn't this have been tested beforehand?
