  1. Estão algumas no meu site, em http://voltas.mrwho.mine.nu - bilingues e em vários formatos.
  2. Are the coordinates N 40 17.397 W 008 26.778 good for you? If you want, choose others in a 5km radius and I'll see what I can do. Cheers!
  3. I love generalities like this. What? Generalities like No!!!! How could it be??!?
  4. No, it's not like that. The trouble is that, with the GE KML, we had instantly the latest caches, even if I went to the PC in a cybercafe. With your method, I would need to carry the latest GPX with me to anywhere I go in order to have the same funtionality. Now, if you don't like/don't need/won't mess this (or another) funtionality, fine, good for you, I respect that. But what you're doing is saying that everyone who cared for that are stubborn - or worse. If it's fine by you, that's nice. But you can't say anything helpful, then don't!
  5. Yeah, whatever, I'm sold. Just to make sure nobody was offended at my reaction - it wasn't my intention. I'm still not convinced, but that's my own problem. I just want to be at peace with everyone. Peace!
  6. Don't get me wrong - I feel that GC.com's admins are doing a great job overall and that the monthly fee is a low price to pay to help fund all the time and effort put in this site. But I got quite upset at the "only 200 people" using one of two features I mainly use and that I believe is used by far more people than that. Where did they get that number from? The forums? Personally, this is the second time since I began geocaching last year that I come here. I usually go to other forums and rarely come this way (unless I can't find answers to my questions anywhere else). If only 10 people posted on this forum complaining is because the KML is still working. Let them shut it off and you'll probably see the posts from people complaining falling in like rain in Seattle. It was a poor excuse, and it upsets me because I feel like someone is trying to pass me off as dumb - which I believe I'm not (though opinions may vary). Cheers!
  7. Well, that about wraps it up. Personally, the only thing now that makes me being a premium member is the ability of doing PQs. Once I get to the conclusion that I don't need them - or get an alternate way of getting my hands on them - there's no longer any point of paying a monthly fee for GC.com's services. Cheers!
  8. It is (was?) a file you added to your Google Earth that enabled you to see caches wherever you zoomed in (with a 500 cache limit, which was more than enough, IMHO).
  9. I'm sad about seeing the Google Earth kml feature go. As I said in another related post, I can't believe only 200 worldwide used it regularly. My planning depended on it, and I tried using the embedded map feature on the site, but it isn't as easy to use: I had to manually drag the location to the city where I'm standing (from the US to Wester Europe) and even then, the plugin wouldn't finish parsing the caches. IMHO, it's a bad bad move, and I'm sorely dissapointed with Groundspeak for killing that superb app.
  10. Only 200 users? I beg your pardon, but I strongly believe that here in Portugal, an "insignificant" country with "just" 10k inhabitants, there may be more than those pesky 200 kml GE users. Please bring back that tool - it was my main source of cache finding before going on a hunt. I tried to use that map tool, but, after a long struggle trying to center it on the zone where I'm standing today, the script would never finish parsing caches.
  11. Fausto from Portugal. Me, my wife and kid (17mo) all love to use some time on the weekends and on vacations to go and search for some tupperwares. Cheers to all!
