[Lat And Long Conversion]

I'm new to GPS and have found some coordinates but when i plug them into my city streets program it doesn't make any sense. The cords are 35.960460169 and 114.726124864 can anyone shed some light on these numbers and how i can use them in my city streets program. Thank you

Does anyone know of any maps that contain longitude and latitude for places in the caribbean? Going on vacation and would like to find coordinates for places in Grand Caymen, Cozumel.

Thanks for all of the replies, I'll be taking a cruise in March and will bring my GPS along. It will be pretty cool knowing where we are.

Since I'm new to these GPS units I was wondering can I bring a handheld unit on a commercial flight and keep track of where we are and the altitude?
