Wherever the mouse is on the map (on the PC) there is a big white box. I has been there for several months, but before, a mouse click removed it. Now it does not go away. This means I cannot see a part of the map about 3cm x 3cm. I have to guess where the cache is that I want to click on as the white box follows the mouse around. Anyone else have this and can tell me what to do?

That isn't possible as I only have the tracking number and not the name of the trackable. I don't know where I can enter a tracking number to find out the name of a trackable or the person who had it last.

It's actually been a couple of months since it was dropped off in a cache many miles away. This cache now no longer exists. So I have no idea where it's supposed to be. People said they's seen it in the TB hotel where I got it, but no one put it in there.

Reading a lot of these, I think I must be a rare cacher who loves my travel bugs to visit caches. I don't mind if someone hangs on to it for a couple of months if my trackable is collecting kilometres all the while. I love to get photos too, but I don't expect anyone to drop it off in a couple of days. I love all the "visits". When I travelled to England from Holland, I left early for the ferry so I could get a cache or two before leaving, so the bugs I had would get the 350km which they wouldn't have got if I'd just waited till I got to my destination. Anyone who finds my bugs, please do a lot of visiting!!

I have four trackables. Two are travelling, albeit slowly. One has disappeared (not in the cache it is registered to) and one is in Texas. A lady there has it and has done for 10 months now. When I wrote and politely asked if she could move it on, she denied ever having seen it. I showed her a screenshot of her comment - "I have this bug". Then she said oh yes, her dad has it. Since then nothing. Now she doesn't answer any mails. So I have now sent the copy tag out and have "grabbed" it from her. I wish these people could play fair. It is stopping me from buying any really fancy bugs.

I picked up three travel bugs from a TB Hotel. Two of which I have "found" so they are now in my possession. The third one isn't registered to the cache. There were 12 there and none of them fit the tracking code on the coin. What should I do?

My map on my Android used to show my direction as up all the time. Now it shows North as up. I find it really confusing. Is there any way to change it? Wiko phone.

Someone has had one of mine for 3 months. I did ask them if they still had it (they have not visited any caches at all with my bug). They said yes but they haven't had time. It's now 3 months. Still nothing. Should I report it as missing? Another Travel Bug was picked up by someone from where I put it, so it hasn't travelled at all. That has also been 2 months now. He said he would go caching soon. What can I do` I always message the owner if I want to hang on to it for longer.

Hi, I have the opposite problem and don't know what to do. I FOUND a trackable, lying on the path while walking my dog. Nowhere near a cache. I can't log it as I have to say where I found it. So it's sitting here with me waiting for the owner to contact me (I have sent a message). Maybe something similar happened to yours. ?
