  1. Just talked to Magellan support today. The tech. knew of the problem and said they had fixed it. She gave me an RA# and said to ship it in. No run around, just an acknowledgment of the problem and solution. Pretty good.
  2. Well, I seem to be in the same boat. 4302 purchased in August 03. Will be sending in tomorrow. So far just one noticeable crack and a bulge. So, nows as good a time as any to be without (too cold here to get out anyway ).
