I am giving away 2 geocoins to the next 50 people who request them. There are a few things I ask to keep things fair... USA mailing addresses only. Sorry, I cannot afford the international postage. If you have already recieved and/or logged any of these geocoins, please don't request any more. Give someone else a chance. These geocoins are NOT to be sold. Please place and log them into geocaches as soon as possible, or hand them to another geocacher to log and/or place in a cache. Please grab/log them as soon as possible after you receive them. I will mail out all requests on a weekly basis, and should have all requests filled rather quickly. UPDATE: Found the folks I was looking for.

I have 10 geocoins I wish to start in geocaches in Alaska. Therefore, I am seeking two geocachers, and only two (I recieved an overwhelming number of requests last time I offered free geocoins to start out) to send 5 geocoins each. Any chance you could make this a permanant item cor sale? I could see myself purchasing a lot of these as I plan to start climbing and benchmarking next year.

Okay. I'm starting a new group... Railroad Depots (old and/or still in use).

I'd love to start a new category having to do with railroads. Any ideas?

AD may work as a unit. Yeah, kinda weird but it'll work in a pinch. I've used this for the New York State Historic Markers category. Works well.

Since we have backcountry shelters, I think that it would also be a cool addition to have a category for outhouses. Because as us hikers know, when you're out hiking in the woods, when "nature calls", you have to answer it ASAP. So, how about a category under Camping and Hiking for Outhouses?

There's plenty of them everywhere. New York is a big state where a lot of historic stuff happened.

Does anybody have an idea of when New York will be added as a subcategory for historic markers? I'm hoping that all 50 states get added in time, but I'm giving NY my own personal thumbs-up priority.
