  4. My personal idea/opinion is to add a new section to every cache: "Warnings:" where specific warnings can be added to not only by the cache owner but by every cacher. A boiler plate warning just doesnt do since most of us would quickly glance over it soon. We should be quick and honest about health risks we see with a particular cache, without fear of spoilering or not - nothing is more valuable than human life and if it means more spoilers and warnings on the cache pages, so be it.

There's a lot of overlap here with a pre-existing feature - cache attributes. People already make poor use of this feature, so I doubt that these extra "warnings" would be utilized properly or at all.

I quite agree with you. This is the missing danger-yes.gif, but had this attribut change everything? I think many accidents are caused by people who feel too safe. The only positive factor of this accident, I hope more and more people ask yourself "What am I doing here?".

    My condolences to willimax.

  5. I get what you're saying.

I think there are several different approaches.

    1. Make more interesting containers and puzzles.

Like you find a crank handle, and it pulls a string, and a bucket is lifted

from the bowels of a hollow tree, and music starts playing, and a loaded spring

pops out, and there's good swag and signature items inside, . . . etc.

    2. Make adventures. Find your favorite hike, say a hill-top on a park trail,

and let the seeker see the vistas, enjoy nature, or provide some kind of historical,

social, or even spiritual reward for making the effort to get there.

3.Better rewards. I know you cannot legislate this, but I sure would like to

see caches with VALUE swag inside. Either take nothing or leave something that is

worth $5.00 or more. I've tried this - - leaving some really cool items in the

caches that I am CO for. It's really fun and rewarding for me, but eventually

all the $3 to $5 items are replaced by plastic buttons, paper clips, and broken toys.

I wish we could have a rule where if you want to participate in a particular cache

you have to maintain the quality of the contents.

Put simply, less quantity - more quality.

  7. I'm with you cezanne, but I'm afraid Americans who live in huge English-speaking country don't understand people from Europe, where countries are often smaller than states in America. I hope they will visit some day the Old Continent and they will understand it :D

That's the point! In Europe we have round about 50 countries, in only 2 is English the local language.

In Asia it's the same problem.

  8.

If someone is shipping from Europe (say Germany) to the US, the fees are horrendous. A 7 euro fee for a single coin is not gouging, it is breaking even.

Yes It's really expensive. Here are the shipping costs from Germany to New York,

weight over 50 gramme round about 0,11 pounds (this is a 1,75mm, 3,5 thick coin, in a padded envelope)

    11,20 USD

    without any insurance.

    without packing and handling.

  9. utorrent 2.0.3.

Yes the download finished without errors. I extract the file with daemon tools and installed without any problems.

Now I have downloaded the 2.1 version. Here are in the imgs Folder 1786 objects, by the 3.2 are only 232 :D.

  10. Houston I have a little problem.

I downloaded and installed the ibycus 3.2. (dl over torrentlink from this forum)

If I load the maps (for example victoria island) to my garmin, i get an error message:

"File not found looking for image 30920020. "

In my imgs-Folder is no image with this number.

    Miss the download some image-files?

  11. That might have been the shiny gold one, but had put the wrong price and should be changed now.

    The black nickel is £8 ($12), Silver £10 ($15), gold £12 ($18)

    plus shipping for $22.94 USD

It's not so easy for us Europeans, to ship for a good price into US..... , but the shop has another problem, you have no shipping cost when you buy more then 7 coins..
