  1. I found a benchmark in Vancouver a few weeks ago I would have loved to log here.
  2. I'd love to get an app for the Andriod with capabilities that MaxIp described above.
  3. I was thinking, one feature I'd like to be able ot use for searching for caches would be to have a wild card search. So if I search for caches in my area that are by the user Queen*, I will receive a list of caches hidden by people who's cache id begins with Queen and has something else after it.
  4. I've been using Linux for over 3 years now. A centralized place to get linux geocaching info would be great.
  5. I like the suggestions of Arrow42 and paleolith and I understand the counter arguments posed by the other users above. So taking everything into consideration, rather than using a voting system, have a log type that will send messages to both the bug and cache owner and add an attribute to the bug marking it as questionable. This attribute would disappear upon successful retrieved/discovered log. An item that has been left questionable for a certain amount of people/time that have visited the cache after the initial reporting would not appear in searches anymore. The item would still be associated with the cache until either the log owner, bug owner or Eartha mark it as otherwise. Does that work? Ze
  6. I know a user can search on PQ for caches with bugs. Could there be an option set on google maps page where a user can choice to filter out caches without bugs. This can make it easier for a user looking for bugs to search for them visually.
  7. I just spent the greater part of a few hours searching for caches in a particular area and looking for ones with trackables. To my dismay, the majority of the bugs that were listed in the caches had notes saying the bug was missing. Some of the bugs have been missing for over a year. How about creating a new log type called "Not in Cache" that cachers can use to mark the trackables as missing. Furthermore, after say 5 (or whatever number of these log types you desire) in a row, the bug gets automatically moved to the cemetery. This way the amount of clutter from bugs not being in caches is reduced. How's that sound?
  8. I'm trying to find all of the caches that I have found that have since become achieved. I've been trying to run pocket queries to find them, but I must be doing something wrong with the settings. What's the correct way to configure the query to pull them up?
