  1. Good luck to all that are going to conquer the Journal this weekend.
  2. I am sooooooo ready for GeoBash!! As a matter of fact, I worked on some Top Secret Area 51 projects this weekend
  3. You are on the right path, keep it simple! Take a look at this brochure, it does a very good job at explaining events. I can't comment on the vendor question because I have never dealt with sponsors for my events. Good luck. Chris-Team Shydog
  4. That beats me by three Jeff. But I did get that GP Island cache at France Park that gave me some fits before. It sure was a nice weekend to be out GEOCACHING IN INDIANA.
  5. If I can just poke my nose in here of a second, I want to say Congratulations to the COWWS and the rest of the Washington Area Geocachers for landing Geowoodstock in 2010. I look forward to revisiting your state for the event, and most of all, I look forward to meeting some more of the wonderful cachers from the area. This is going to be a very long 14 months Chris-Team Shydog
  6. Shhh... I am trying to sleep I hope to do a little GEOCACHING IN INDIANA on Saturday. I am planning a quick trip down to Raccoon Lake to meet up with the Indiana Chapter of Teardrop Trailer owners. They are having a campout this weekend and one of the activities they have planned is Geocaching!! It should be a fun day.
  7. And only 69 days to go... WOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. My very first burp on the forums
  9. Drumroll please.......................... What's a Henway? (Someone had to do it)
  10. I am running my Teardrop over to the park early in the morning, fixing a small problem with my puzzle cache and replacing one of the caches in the park for the owner. Maybe do a little cleaning up around the shelter and then heading home for lunch with the wife. Finish packing up for the Picnic on Sat. and maybe mow the yard. So I guess I will be there tomorrow!!
  11. Leis, Hot dogs and doughnuts with a some geocaching thrown in. Sounds like a fun weekend to me!

Hey joranda and folks, This is really gonna seem dumb but could I start a series of spirit caches in either TN or VA (I live on the border)? If so, what do I need to do and point the way to the guidelines for the caches. See, I told you it was dumb but........serious! P.S. I may have trouble in TN. Some ex reviewer interpreted an old law that said cemeteries could not be used for play, which to him means geocaching. He grandfathered existing caches but refused to approve more. At the time I wondered, if it is illegal now how can you grandfather continuing illegal activities? Go figure. Obviously, I didn't bring that point up since I had two TN cemetery caches and didn't want the wrath of the entire caching community to come down on me! Here is a good place to start your Spirit Quest quest. ISQ homepage
  13. And wasn't yesterday a great day for the BAGO Bash? A great turnout from cachers around the start and out of state as well. And in the top secret BAGO Executive Board Meeting held deep in the woods and down by the river , Buddaman was was elected BAGO Supreme President and Master Fire Builder. Best of Luck to Sean Chris-Team Shydog BAGO Media Relations and Lead Talker to Animals
  14. I think there are laws about allowing certain Michiganders to be considered Indiana Cachers But Ali Kat is more then welcome to be called a Indiana Cacher Way to go Ali Kat!!
  15. I went out on Saturday with Mrs. Tank Hounds and got the coordinates for the new caches that I will be putting out for the Spring Picnic. We also did some caching in the Logansport area. It was a great day to spend outside. Now it is time to get the route planned for next weekends BAGO BASH.
  16. Wasn't there a picture posted of Pete in a skirt at one time??? Was that about the time he gave up camping? ? ?
  17. I will be camping at site #17
  18. So what site is the Hotel Schmeni parking at for the Fall Picnic weekend?
  19. I am already looking forward to the Fall Picnic. Does the new revamped Survivor include wine this year!?! I'm in!!!
  20. False- I would rather hike 5 miles to find a cache rather then solve a puzzle cache. The next cacher has found an APE cache.
  21. Hey, we just made it past 10,000 active caches in the state of Indiana. No one archive any for a day or two
  22. I agree, great choice on location! So what sites do we need to start looking at in way of camping?
  23. In before someone points out that posting in multiple forums is against the rules and this thread is locked.
