  3. Nada! Don't ya just hate not getting a new coin in the mail! I've been twiddling my thumbs waiting for a Lackey coin to arrive from Podcacher.com that we won. It was probably just sent a day or two ago though and it has to come from CA and I'm in VA. Guess I can't expect a fast miracle delivery with the postal service, lol. Don't cha just wish the mailpeople had wings and could fly a coin to you within minutes! LOL. Oh well, I guess anticipation is one of the best things about getting a new coin besides the moment you get it
  4. I don't know if you checked out this page or not but here are some other places to buy tb's http://shop.Groundspeak.com/shipping.cfm
  5. It's like a radio show only on the internet. You can download the shows to your mobile units too. Check out Podcacher.com to listen to them. By the way I sent you an email.
  6. I propose that we all get together tomorrow on Podcacher.com to support Sonny and Sandy for all the hard work they do to produce their podcast. On their website Sonny and Sandy have provided a link to the live broadcast of the Podcast and New Media Expo Awards. The show airs at 4pm Pacific Standard Time. Let's get together and show our support for one of the best geocaching podcast out there. I've started a thread on the Podcacher.com site to show how many are planning to listen into the awards ceremony. Sign up in the thread and bring a virtual snack. LET'S HAVE A PODCACHER PARTY!!! Virtual drinks are on us
  7. Another class of '03 here. I've learned to check in here as often as I can now with all the great threads.
  8. I think I posted this too late last night but is anybody Interested?
  9. I'm really getting excited about the geocoinfest in pa, I wish I had enough money to buy every one, lol.
  10. Wow, Those are Gorgeous!!! I wish some of those would make it's way to the PA Geocoinfest we are planning to attend. I'd love to buy some of those. Maybe after we get back I may be able to afford a couple if I don't spend all my money.
  11. We have 2 gps units for sale. One is the Magellan 2000 XL GPS for only $25 and the other is the Magellan SportTrak Map GPS for $50. You can get both for only $75. PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR TRADES OF ANY KIND, THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED!!! We are trying to earn some money to go to the Geocoinfest next week. Please contact me through Groundspeak email and I will get back with you asap. Both units come with batteries. The Magellan 2000 XL gps has no accessories but the Magellan SporTrak Map comes with the original serial port cable. Please, serious customers only. I am including some pictures and links to the online manual. I really do not know much about the units except that they do work. We have only inputted the coordinates manually. The units are being sold AS IS!!! They would make great units for beginners and kids. Please refer to online manuals for questions. http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...ra/DVC00126.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...ra/DVC00127.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...ra/DVC00128.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...ra/DVC00130.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...ra/DVC00129.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...a/sportrek3.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...a/sportrek2.jpg http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee41/No...a/sportrek1.jpg http://www.magellangps.com/assets/manuals/gps_2000XL_en.pdf http://www.magellangps.com/assets/manuals/...k_series_en.pdf Thanks, Nochipra
  12. I too would love to get a hold of some earth turtle coins but I know that's just dreamin. I really like those Anthus decoder coins, they look really cool too.
  13. I am planning to attend the PA Geocoinfest and will probably have some coins to trad when I get back. Could you get at least one coin to set aside for me? I'll have to email you when I get back to let you know what i have to trade? Any metal is fine.
  14. Those Ultimate Cache coins are really pretty, that Yemon coin looks good enough to put into my corona, and I've seen som new quilt coins that are really great too. I would not mind having these in my collection. I wouldn't trade those for anything.
  15. I was in Walmart yesterday and looking in the party supplies and saw a box of those little umbrellas that you put into drinks. I said to Chip "hey that would make a good signature item". Maybe put a little sticker on the handle with your name?
  16. Being a newbie to the geocoin trading and buying scene, I was wondering which coins are considered to be highly coveted among geocoin collectors? I am getting ready to go to the Geocoinfest in Pa and I don't want to look like an idiot asking someone if they would like to trade their highly prized coins for some measly common coin I might have? Any help is appreciated:)
  17. Thanks for the info everyone it really helps a newbie trader like me:) The coin is in the mail awaiting the mailman 3doxies. I really look forward to the trade:) Nora and Chip aka Nochipra
