Personally, I think that there should be a rule that no items be greater in value than a mctoy. This way, there will only be two types of items in caches. Perfectly fine little trinks and garbage that can be trashed-out.

I think you would need to plan ahead. Like getting your Service Providers local access numbers for your destination before you leave on a trip.
