i would have to agree with brian on this one.touching an upright ok to me but to actually be in one that is damaged would not only look bad on us but using damaged headstones to hide caches may incourage other who know where these no longer "used" cemetaries are to break one so they can hide a cool cache. a little off topic but arent the poor souls in these cemetaries still "using"them???? just because there no longer burying psople in this cemetary dosent mean it dosent have visitors who visit there loved ones here. when i die tho i was thinking very hard about having a tombstone with the flower pot holes in the top with a cache in it hopefully maintained for me bu someone who is living but the longer i thought about it i guess that not kosher either is it!! find i great place close by to hide your cache but please dont use a headstone out of respect for its "user"

my daughter loves finding the beads in caches.never seen any in bags tho always had to untangle them from everything else in the cache first.

i am in indiana but i think i could fight that one in court the statute says in your quotes with the intent to damage and having no right to do so.i dont know about there but here that means you have to prove BOTH not just one.notice the damage and no right not or having no right.as for here even if cought writing numbers on the back of a street sign would get you looked at but not ticketed.just my 2 cents thrown in. edited to say i wrote this before the above reply not trying to agg anythig on.i too was just being devils advocate.

i always try to write a long log and write everything about the trip that might seem intewresting.as a cache owner i hate to see a ....number 14 for today on after work drive byes.lol i wanna hear about it and if they liked it or not.so i try to return the favor.after all how many logs do you get a month per cache????4 or 5 at the most.

yes times here are very hard!!and 3 buxx a month might help me get gas to go to work.if you feel you really need to know why my child support was raised an additional 300.00 a month and i already had my budget spread thin before.all non-assential spending must stop.my internet connection may have to be next. ty renagade and stunod for your help and understanding.

me me !!! lol i am part of a team that goes geocaching but we all three have to share the same gps.i like going out on my own alot also but cant afford to buy one.and the one we have dosent even tell the lest coord so the micro's in town are out to us.i will email you details if your interested as to why i cant afford to buy one of my own right now..if you give it to me i will in turn donate it back out as soon as i can afford to get me another!!!o please please pick me...lol

i am all for paying more for this hobby of mine.and yes this site will be around forever!!!!you think this geocaching thing is new or something???this sport has evolved from others that have been around forever?i am sooo surprised to hear some who "love" the sport soo much feruse to pay asuch a small fee..geesh guys its just a few bux.i am sure this sport and site would profit from more buxx thrown there way.as far as features.....give me a way to block out upinya PLEASE!!!!
