I've been having the problem for a few weeks now. Thought it was when I upgraded Mobipocket. I like mobipocket. Sure don't want to have to do more conversions with multiple programs. I'll have to try it until gc can straighten out the problem.

The only way I can convert GC files is using GPSBable to make a comma seperated .txt file, import the cs file into Map Create and then save the usr file to my (SD/MMC) card. As for cards, be careful as to how big of a card you get. I've heard that trying to load a large mapfile onto a BIG card will slow the unit down. I use a 32mb WalMart special card and it works fine.

I bought an IFinder Sat and found my first cache. I'm sure there's another way to do this, but I just pressed ENT twice and made some quick waypoints and renamed them GEO1, 2 etc... They when I was looking for a specific cache, I just brought up the GEO with the FIND feature and adjusted the coordinates and pressed GOTO. Works fine for me.

I just got my New Earthmate and Street Atlas 2004 and I love it. No batteries for the GPS, but the program takes a couple of minutes to boot on a 1.8 GHz machine. GPS locks on quick. I'm trying to find some older software that might work on my older 166MHz laptop.
